Clean, warm, pretty comfortable. Towels and shampoo are included. Daily cleaning. Normal staff. Breakfast is not very, there is little variety and the food is cold and only tea, not even juice. In short, 3+ rating.

I had unpleasant experience checking in . Receptionist named Anna just ignored that i asked about check in and while i am waiting in front of her she want to help people who were waiting behind me . I felt discrimination towards me because i come from overseas and speak English. I think need to improve customer skills in Receptionists in hotel.

The hotel was located a 25-35min bus ride from the city centre, which was not bad for my stay. A short walk away from the hotel was a shopping centre with a huge supermarket, restaurant and all facilities that one may need. Actually we didn't knew that it was going to be a a real sports activity hosting kind of a hotel by its name it was clear but we thought otherwise so we saw kids in uniform big groups were there I think with their coaches and teachers may be some parents were also there it was average but according to the price

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. The location of the hotel is not ideal for those who wish to walk in the center of the city. Booked by a friend using my account. Overall, it was pretty good. The only real downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way – expect a 30-40 minute taxi ride. Check-in was smooth. Be aware that only towels are provided; you'll need to bring all your other toiletries like slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, and shampoo.

I have stayed at the hotel 5 times in the last few months. I recommend it to everyone, the best hotel price/quality, the best location and not on the first line, a little away from busy highways, so it is quiet. The location is very good, and there is a very charming street outside. The service staff can also try their best to meet the requirements. The room heating is super strong. I was woken up by the heat in the first two days, but the staff later solved it. The only problem is that the bathroom sewer smelled for some reason the next day.

The hotel is located near the Moscow Ring Road, about 20-30 minutes by car to the center. There is a water park nearby; guests have free access, which is a big plus.

The hotel is intended for people going to visit Lebyazhii waterpark. Waterpark is situated nearby. Hotel is tidy, personnel there is welcoming and easy. One should be prepared to miserly water faucet and doors with poor soundproof.

Overall great hotel: it's modern, rooms are spacious with additional sofa, everything is fresh new. Staff very helpful and front desk operating 24h. There's only one downside: threre are no air conditioning units in room. We stayed in early August 2018 and it was very hot. I can say for sure that it's second best hotel after the castle which is usually unavailable unless you book early.

The room was very large and bright, and everything was great. It was just pricey, but then again, all hotels in Minsk seem pricey! Also, there were flies! I think it's because there's so much forest near the airport, but I stayed in two hotels and the rooms were full of flies. They were huge, and there were more than one!

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The only downside is that they assigned a room for people with limited mobility. As a result, instead of a shower stall, there's a metal tray for a stroller, without a curtain. The logical result: everything is flooded.

Breakfast was simple but ok. Hotel needs to be renovated, everything looks old. The lady at the reception tried to help me, but in the end she sent me somewhere completely different from where I wanted to go. The Wi-Fi works, but it’s not very fast. Why didn't they tell me earlier that there is such a wonderful place in the center of Minsk ?! Summer houses, gazebos, huts - everything is in the fresh air and smells awesome of wood! The menu is very extensive and cool. I have not eaten meat for many years and I often face the problem - we only have fries for you. The prices are more than democratic.
