- No air conditions, no english speaking person, ne refrigerator in the room. Stuff was never friendly snd helpful. I asked them if i can ise their refrigerator in the reception for 15 minutes, they said NO! I asked them can i check out 20 minutes late because i have a meeting at 12:00, they said NO! Never friendly people. There were at least 100 rooms in the hotel. How can any receptionists not speak english, i can not believe that. Anywhere in the world receptionists can. But here no! And with bad attitude. Matresses of the bed collects somewhere and disturbs you while sleeping

+ What i liked was the price. But understood when i go that there wont be hot water on 6 days of my 13 days stay. + Spacious room, nice and clean with a big window. Big comfy bed. Massive wardrobe, which made me very happy. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room, but not a big deal. We were very satisfied with our room! Perfect! All staff was friendly!- N/A

Cheap but there are cheaper options. Rooms ok. But no bath (only dush) and very small sink. No mini bar. No kettle!! Sometimes at summer - NO HOT WATER!

Food - lunch ok, breakfast very bad, but you can ask for fried eggs which are nice :) On weekends food costs more.
Location, not enough close to center but close to a huge park.
Buses number 1 and 10 - 3min (2 stations) to Arena mall and to park Drazdy (very nice).
Bus number 1 - 18min to metro Nimiga, and center of the town.
Bottom line: if you can afford better look for three stars hotels which are usually with better service and conditions, less noise, and not such a big difference in the price.

Cheap, but there is poor Wi-Fi coverage. I had to get down to the lobby for it every time. You get what you pay for I guess.

Nothing superfluous, laconic design of the rooms, but everything is new, in excellent condition, clean and cozy. Have Wi-Fi but paid. Overall I liked it very much. Recommend.

Located near the ring road. A convenient place to stay when passing Minsk transit or arrive by car. We had a 2 room Suite. Modest but new furniture. Lots of closets. Both rooms have TV. Clean and comfortable bathroom with shower.

Though 2 stars, but 3 is drawn. To the s-Bahn less than 5 min walk and 10 min to the city centre. One is bad - very narrow showers. The mixer is constantly hurt.

Rooms are small and feel like dorm rooms. Beds break easily, and shower backed up if shower lasted longer than 5 minutes. Room service was good. Barely any English spoken, so be prepared with Google translate.

The hotel is simply elegant for 2 stars. Were a family for 1 day, the most pleasant experience! Spacious, clean, light, comfortable! In the evening went to the hotel cafe. Very tasty cooked, but Breakfast is included in the price, leaves much to be desired.
