Nice 3 star hotel in the centre of town. Lots of character, some older rooms, some new. Room at front was very noisy at night, but they arranged a move to a quieter room at the side after first night, which was fine. Good breakfast buffet selection including decaffeinated coffee.

About 200 metres from the rail station, bus and tram stops. Room comfortable and helpful staff. Good breakfast. There is an independent bar on Lippenslaan under the building. Overall a comfortable stay as expected. A small Proxy supermarket about 100 metres on Lippenslaan.

A super friendly night receptionist, comfortable rooms, good breakfast with a very reasonable variety of food. Good value for money. And an hotel that has an archer as decoration in the room deserves 5 stars all over!

Breakfast was very nice. Personal is friendly. Only in my room was missing few little things. At least small bottle of water will be nice. Shower also need some repairs.

Only in superlatives I can speak about this hotel and the service they give overall.
Proper size room to sleep, practically furnished, nicely cleaned every day. The bathroom is never-seen huge compared to similar hotels, with bath and shower so you can choose as you prefer.
The breakfast is again a next level. Name it and you surely find. And not only the range of options is unbeliavable but their quality. Everything's fresh and mouthwateringly delicious.
100% sure that whenever we're back to Knokke we're going to stay at this place.

If you plan to sleep at night, avoid this hotel, as it is popular with teenagers who bang on doors, jumping around, shouting all night. It is more like a hostel. I did complain, as the other guests as well, but it didn't help. Awful pillows as well and noisy street during night. One ruined weekend, what to say.

This is one of the very few hotels (if not the only one) in downtown Knokke with an affordable price (120 euro for a one-night stay on August 20-21). The bathroom is very clean and spacious, and it looks elegant thanks to the clear-colored tiles and the large window that lets plenty of light in. The receptionists were very friendly. One of them kindly borrowed me a charging cable for my mobile phone as mine was broken, and let me recharge the phone on his desk while I was out on sightseeing. I found his help so precious.
Negative aspects:
The shower door sweep was missing, so there was a massive water leaking when I took the shower. The air conditioning apparatus is very noisy when used at a low cooling temperature. Despite these shortcomings, I keep a good memory of my stay overall.
