We had a really nice stay, the room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We only interacted with the front desk during check in and checkout, but they were very friendly. The lobby looks grand. There was free fruits, coffee, and water in the lobby. We felt it was worth the price we paid.

Excellent location. Breakfast was of very good quality but the service was a bit below expectation (made to go prepay at the reception as if we were going to run away / ingredients not refilled / very late omelette that we ended up canceling) Rooms were good.

It's located in the old town, and there's no parking directly in front of the entrance.

The location is next to the beach which s good for vacation. The wellness spa gives you relax and the indoor swimming pool . The breakfast is really good and lots of choices. Only the elevator is a bit busy and small.

The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin's Brugge! The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the Belfry. A special thanks to the lady at the reception for being so helpful and making our check-in and stay so smooth. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bruges!

Upon arrival, there was a slight disappointment regarding the parking. They charged €30 per night for their guests' parking, and I didn't notice anything about this being an extra paid option when booking. Sadly the hotel has gone downhill since we last visited. The rooms are not as clean as you’d expect. We had to chase for our room to be made up one day. There was no hot water one day for me to shower. The hot breakfast was like. We won’t be back to Martin’s!

Very central but still relatively quiet. Room was clean and contains most things one would need for a short stay.

Exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway. Location a bit far from the city center but definitely doable. We loved the swimming pool and the breakfast.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast is excellent. The free parking lot outside the hotel is huge. It's a bit of a distance from the central train station and the old town, requiring public transportation, but getting around is convenient, with several tram stops not far away. A taxi back cost 30 euros.

All my stay in the hotel was perfect. The only problem was the television in my room not functioning. But i was offered a free breakfast which was ok for me

This hotel is located within Bruges' Old Town, making it a comfortable walking distance to the churches, Belfry, and Lake of Love. The hotel is cozy and inviting, forming a courtyard with the Ibis hotel across the way, with two convenient exits for easy access.

Great location with everything within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Service was outstanding. As we had to check out at 4am on our last day, we informed the hotel that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the breakfast. The team kindly prepared a takeaway food bag for us, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

The room AC was not running properly . Couldn’t sleep it was very hot . Next day they provided us with fan . The room temperature remained at 75 constant .Do not visit this place .Air-condition duct and airflow is very little .Controlled by the staff in the main floor . Breakfast was very good . The whole purpose is to have a good night sleep . Not in this hotel .

We had a fantastic three-night stay here last August into early September. The location is unbeatable, perfect if you're arriving by train, as the hotel is situated directly above the station. This Hotrl is a great hotel, but the hotel itself is a bit old but overall was good. Note if you are driving, you have to park the carpark next to the hotel, or you can park on the streets. (cuz we parked the carpark for around 10hrs and it costed us 29.90€.

This hotel is verry nice verry clean. The rooms are verry nice and clean they are good size so is the bathroom and toilet. There is a swimmingpool 2 sauna's you can get a massage. The breakfast is verry good everything you want is there even bubbles,eggs pancakes ,croissants, saucage's,bacon and alot more. I really recommend this hotel for people.

Where do I begin, we arrived in the middle of a heat wave and although spending time on the beach was wonderful ,spending time and trying to sleep in our room was terrible .There is no air con and although we had a fan in the room sleeping at night was bad. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel, but there were so many things missing No beach towels Spa water only given on arrival No slippers or bath...

Very friendly staff, from check-inn desk to breakfast personal. We had a very nice room, with a good bed and fluffy pillows and a big bathroom. The breakfast is superb ! All you can think of that you need for breakfast is available. The hotel is situated in the center and very close to the beach.

A amazing experience with family before we leave to our other hotel

The hotel is old and quite run down. Bulbs are blown in the hotel room very dark. When I requested for a room change, the new room was also in a similar bad condition.

It seems a bit aged. The breakfast was below average. But overall it is not that bad and I can recommend it to budget travelers.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It caters to business travelers and conferences, and is conveniently located. I especially want to mention the exceptionally plentiful and fresh breakfast, and the rooms are also very nice and comfortable.

The hotel's location is truly excellent; you step right out into the old town with beautiful scenery. The view from the river-view room is especially stunning. The hotel facilities are decent, though I found it a bit odd that there's no water provided in the room and you have to go out to get it yourself.

The location is absolutely fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the modern amenities, which were in working condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious and abundant. Definitely worth to be one of the Marriott family! Looking forward to be back!

I had a small room. It was a Beautiful room, with a shower, fridge, desk, coffeemachine with Two cups a day, tv, small table and 2 chakra, a hairdryer. Very friendly staff! The swimming pool and sauna are great!

We were in Saint Sauveur hôtel at very bad, cold and windy days, but inside the hotel It was warm and very cozy. We especially want to congratulate and note the good attitude and room service of the service Bulgarian staff, who after we left called us for a forgotten necklace of my wife.
