We had a really nice stay, the room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We only interacted with the front desk during check in and checkout, but they were very friendly. The lobby looks grand. There was free fruits, coffee, and water in the lobby. We felt it was worth the price we paid.

Excellent location. Breakfast was of very good quality but the service was a bit below expectation (made to go prepay at the reception as if we were going to run away / ingredients not refilled / very late omelette that we ended up canceling) Rooms were good.

It's located in the old town, and there's no parking directly in front of the entrance.

Nil amenities provided in room . The three bedder was squashed with 3 beds in it with minimal room to move

Upon arrival, there was a slight disappointment regarding the parking. They charged €30 per night for their guests' parking, and I didn't notice anything about this being an extra paid option when booking. Sadly the hotel has gone downhill since we last visited. The rooms are not as clean as you’d expect. We had to chase for our room to be made up one day. There was no hot water one day for me to shower. The hot breakfast was like. We won’t be back to Martin’s!

Exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway. Location a bit far from the city center but definitely doable. We loved the swimming pool and the breakfast.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast is excellent. The free parking lot outside the hotel is huge. It's a bit of a distance from the central train station and the old town, requiring public transportation, but getting around is convenient, with several tram stops not far away. A taxi back cost 30 euros.

All my stay in the hotel was perfect. The only problem was the television in my room not functioning. But i was offered a free breakfast which was ok for me

Overall was good, room and breakfast were okay. Near to all the attractions, convenient to travel.

The location is next to the beach which s good for vacation. The wellness spa gives you relax and the indoor swimming pool . The breakfast is really good and lots of choices. Only the elevator is a bit busy and small.

Pretty good location as it is directly next to the train station. Also, it is about a 20 minute walk to the city center which was quite straightforward. The hotel staff was really friendly and allowed us to check in slightly earlier. She even took the time to introduce some places where we could visit. For the room, it was pretty standard. Convenient location, though a bit far from the Markt, about a 20-minute walk. However, public transport is super easy to access, with both bus and train stations very close by. The service and facilities are excellent, and everything is very clean; the room itself is also very spacious.

Very friendly staff here especially the older gentleman that checked us in and later worked in their lounge. The room was clean, large, and very elegant looking. Location was excellent and we had a fantastic view of the canal and 5 min to the main square. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel close to everything. Stunning area especially at night when they light up the buildings. Beautiful room and comfortable bed with good quality linen. Cosy bar downstairs although the bartender who was actually working in reception did not know what cognac or brandy was. Strange. Dogs are allowed.

The best thing about this hotel is how incredibly quiet it is. I slept in naturally both mornings. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk from Antwerp train station. It's really impressive how peaceful the rooms are, considering it's in a busy area.

The location is recommended, nearby the Central Station. Spacious for a standard room. For standard room is there no outlet available so it was difficult if you want to curl or iron your hair. When I checked in the room looked clean but the toilet was not cleaned the was still urine in the toilet and drops of urine on the toilet seat so I called the reception and they sent somebody to get it cleaned...

The hotel is situated in the center of the city which makes it a perfect place to stay for a short time. Service and food are on the high level. Meanwhile, the quality of furniture and bathroom stuff can be better for this price.

Where do I begin, we arrived in the middle of a heat wave and although spending time on the beach was wonderful ,spending time and trying to sleep in our room was terrible .There is no air con and although we had a fan in the room sleeping at night was bad. Very friendly staff, from check-inn desk to breakfast personal. We had a very nice room, with a good bed and fluffy pillows and a big bathroom. The breakfast is superb ! All you can think of that you need for breakfast is available. The hotel is situated in the center and very close to the beach.

The hotel is old and quite run down. Bulbs are blown in the hotel room very dark. When I requested for a room change, the new room was also in a similar bad condition.

It seems a bit aged. The breakfast was below average. But overall it is not that bad and I can recommend it to budget travelers.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It caters to business travelers and conferences, and is conveniently located. I especially want to mention the exceptionally plentiful and fresh breakfast, and the rooms are also very nice and comfortable.

The hotel boasts a beautiful, elegant, and high-class environment, with well-equipped and functional facilities. The rooms are clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. The service is excellent, and the food is clean, nutritious, and hygienic. Highly recommended! 👍

Chose this hotel again for the *******e time; simply amazing in a word! Delicious, extensive breakfast, wonderful beds, and the location is good in relation to the city center. I use a wheelchair myself, but that was taken into account as well. In short, looking for a few carefree days in Bruges? Then this hotel is highly recommended!!
