Location is outskirt of Antwerpen and needs car for access. Hotel room is clean and room is large. Swimming pool is large (20~25m) and sauna area is very nice. Parking is expensive but there is on-street free parking.

Service was very good but I’m not happy with cleaning

The room is nice and clean, and the location is accessible through bus or tram directly from the central train station. The staffs are also nice.

The room decoration facilities are a bit old, no free drinking water is provided, but the location is very good. The hotel is opposite the church (pictured), next to the supermarket, and surrounded by many restaurants.

Large rooms, well located. But much of the interior is outdated. Room furniture is cheap and very worn - it looks like it was reclaimed from a recycling tip to be honest. Staff are amazing though.

Excellent hotel next to Antwerp Central Station. Don’t even bother coming by car, train is way easier. Rooms are super clean. Service is professional and friendly but a little too much administration at the reception. Breakfast definitely recommended.

Outstanding hotel and without hesitation I can say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe to date. Wonderfully friendly staff, superb facilities and refinements and the rooms are presented to an exceptionally high standard. It was a surprisingly satisfying hotel. First of all, the price on weekends was not expensive. From the moment I entered the hotel lobby, I discovered the beauty of this place. The overall design was very good. The room was large and clean. Opposite was the ancient and mysterious building of Ghent. I regretted staying only for one night.

The room is very big. I booked a balcony room, but the only room I was given was by the road. Room number is 141. Everyone should avoid this room. Because of the noise of cars at night. There was also construction in the morning, so I couldn't sleep well. I reported it to Ctrip and it was solved. There is always a body odor smell when the room door is opened, and the window needs to be opened for ventilation...

We stay for 3 days but not receive any cleaning in our room. Also need to ask for refill shower gel, shampoo etc.

It's a hotel worth staying in. The restaurant is comparable to the Michelin in Paris and the price is only 1/3

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. The Hotel has a good location just 10 min walk from Leuven train station, shops and restaurants. Reception staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean to good standards. Didnt hear noise from street at all. Cafe and seating area in the lobby is nicely decorated and not crowded. I didnt try the food so can't comment on this. It was a good stay overall.

Like most other Novotels in many cities, the Leuven Novotel is well maintained and has excellent service delivery. This is just a 5 min walk from the station and right on the edge of the Ring of Leuven. It's one of the nicer ones and quite a good representation of the Novotel chain.

Loved the shower. Internet speed is reasonable. Close enough to the Stella Artois brewery. Gym available. PlayStation games as well.

Very convenient location, good service, there is a parking lot next to the hotel, there is a great comic book store opposite, and it is not far from the train station. Overall it is good.

I only booked 2 nights and that was OK. Checking in took a while due to crowds - checking out was smooth and friendly.

Very close to the center, easy parking underneath, but cheaper in the blue boulevard only 5 min away. We had a difficult night due to a large group whi had no regard for other guests. I notified staff and because we were not alone, a very correct compensation was offered. More than satisfying breakfast buffet.

The room is spacious with 2 double beds, can accommodate up to 4 people, making it suitable for families. The location is good, near Quartier Bleu and the city center. Parking is convenient. The food is delicious. However, the bathroom does not have a door to close the shower area, so when taking a shower, the water will splash all over the room.

Nice hotel situated very well. There is not a lot of parking, and there was a festival, so we couldn't park at the hotel, but the hotel guided to a parking area a couple of minutes away. The restaurant service is terrible. We were ignored, after having engaged the first contact. So, we had to leave to find food elsewhere.

Perfect 2 night stay in a 4th floor junior suite with fantastic sea views. The owners are true professionals and have carefully though about every detail how to make a memorable stay (from the extra heater in the bathroom, nice seating corner, fridge, parking? ... to a well lit, clean & quiet room). Excellent hotel! Ideal for a long weekend in Belgium

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Ghent, with attractions nearby. Water and coffee are available in the lobby. That’s NICE! However, the water temperature was sometimes hot or cold, and the hairdryer was a bit weak, overheating after a few blasts and requiring a while to restart.

Absolutely great hotel in ghent!! The room was clean and well organized, and even the basic amenities were all ready - body&hand wash, shampoo, conditioner. Also a coffee machine, kettle for hot water and two bottles of water included. The location is perfect for the trip - you can just walk around a bit to visit all tourist spots in ghent. And please do not miss the BREAKFAST!! They bake fresh bread...

2 days in the Bedroom 385: very good moment. All the staff is very nice, and the hotel is ideally placed in the middle of Bruges. You can leave your can and run à bicycle to enjoy this lovely town. I strongly recommend this hotel for a WE at Bruges.

Stayed here one night as part of a visit to Bruges with various meetings and team building. Very warm welcome and no effort was too much for the staff. Clean rooms and cosy bar. The breakfast was more than sufficient. In the restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, the view on 't Zand was a very nice bonus.

Very well located hotel. Best staff! Generous and tasty cuisine. Despite the strict health restrictions, the team did everything to make sure we had a great time. The rooms and bistro have been tastefully refurbished! I highly recommend Memlinc!
