The hotel was very strict with the check in time, we could only check in from 3pm even though I only asked to check in 10 minutes earlier. Otherwise, the room was pretty nice and the view was great

The steam room was very sadly not working. The front receptionist Osman (sp?) was amazing however.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, the bed was good. Coffee in the room could have been a lot better, there’s only freeze dried instant coffee powder, no machine. Go downstairs to get a free coffee instead, but you’ll have to put on clothes unfortunately. The Hotel has a good location just 10 min walk from Leuven train station, shops and restaurants. Reception staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean to good standards. Didnt hear noise from street at all. Cafe and seating area in the lobby is nicely decorated and not crowded. I didnt try the food so can't comment on this. It was a good stay overall.

Hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small, but they are separated into dry and wet areas, and the bed is moderately soft and hard, which meets the needs of business trips. It is only 20 meters away from the train station, which is very close. The hotel service is very good, they booked a taxi and even helped me with late check-out.

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff really helpful and friendly and let us know about a light show that night for the university 600th anniversary celebration - really enjoyed it! Breakfast was amazing!! Real estate is very expensive in Paris. The room is decorated very romantically but is not very big.

Very friendly staff. The room was not yet available upon arrival (around 3 p.m.), but it was changed to another room without any problems. The aftercare was also excellent, where anything we had forgotten was followed up with great care.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are as expected, and it has its own garage. The breakfast was quite good. If you're driving, be sure to ask the hotel for directions within the city, as it's located in a no-car zone.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Leuven. The bed in the room is very comfortable. There is no wardrobe in the convent room, but there is a hanging tube where you can hang your shirts and coats. The shower share the same space as the room and if you want to take a shower with hot water the steam stays inside the bedroom (I opened the window to circulate some fresh air). The room I got was on the 2nd floor, so there wasn't much of a view. The room was small, but the space was well used. The bathroom, although small, had enough space to store things. Hotel is in a convenient location close to train station. The staff is professional and friebdly. The rooms are clean and failrly large. I gave 3 stars bc there's no AC and it is very loud on street outside at night which makes it hard to get sleep with windows open when it's hot.

Excellent stay. The room was clean, neat and we'll provisioned with bathroom toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the shower is larger than normal hotel showers. The staff were friendly and professional speaking English and willing to help as required. The breakfast is a wholesome continental type and the staff member renewed items as soon as they were eaten. It's a bed and breakfast. A cab from here to Brussels airport will cost you between 50 - 60 euros. The only reason I stay here is it's close proximity to a business entity that is located only 5 minutes (walk) from it. But if you want to explore Leuven City, you might be better off finding something closer to the city center. The other option ofcourse, is taking a bus which is literally a 30 second...

The hotel facilities are simple and there is no air conditioning. It was a bit hot when I checked in in mid-June. The hotel is next to a square. There is a lot of noise from vehicles during the day, and the restaurants and bars downstairs are very noisy at night. The breakfast is rich, with hot water and hot milk.

Hotel Industrie is a great place to stay in. It has its own restaurant and one of the best pubs in town. I am pleased.

Just stayed there one night (had flight in the morning from BRU). Great for a one night stay. It’s basically across the street from the Train Station. Easy walk to historic centre and lots of dinning options. No a/c which meant that I had to leave the windows open. It was a bit noisy with traffic and people on the street making noise.
