Comfortable bed ,, slept like a baby

The hotel was very strict with the check in time, we could only check in from 3pm even though I only asked to check in 10 minutes earlier. Otherwise, the room was pretty nice and the view was great

The steam room was very sadly not working. The front receptionist Osman (sp?) was amazing however.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, the bed was good. Coffee in the room could have been a lot better, there’s only freeze dried instant coffee powder, no machine. Go downstairs to get a free coffee instead, but you’ll have to put on clothes unfortunately. The location is fine when it’s dry, but take an umbrella when there’s a chance of rain because it’s just a little too far from the city...

Hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small, but they are separated into dry and wet areas, and the bed is moderately soft and hard, which meets the needs of business trips. It is only 20 meters away from the train station, which is very close. The hotel service is very good, they booked a taxi and even helped me with late check-out.

Great city centre location, lovely rooms. The car park in on a one way street (underground) before you get to the hotel, you turn in, use the intercom and they open the barrier. You can then park and take the lift to reception to check in. Bikes can also be stored. Lovely building. You will need to pay your city tax on departure.

The hotel is OK, but there are not many things that are needed for many majors. The rooms are also average and there are no special services. However, it is convenient for the university. However, it is not recommended to stay in Guwen Music Luwen for business trips. It is really not a very convenient city and you have to walk.

I had a calm, restful stay at the Begijnhof Hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff were also polite and obliging. Parking was available onsite. Its location, a gentle walk from central Leuven, made it convenient.

They allow you to prepay for parking but don’t guarantee a parking spot. We were unable to park twice and there are not many alternatives nearby.

The front desk staff was great! The location of the Ibis is great. However, I needed to stay at the Ibis Centrum for a conference, and they were able to help me with the change. Very thankful to the lady who helped me with that.

Peaceful stay at Ibis Heverlee. The location of the hotel is serene with basic facilities nearby like a Delhaize Express, gas station, a Starbucks etc. Staff is friendly and the hotel has a 24/7 Reception.

The room I got was on the 2nd floor, so there wasn't much of a view. The room was small, but the space was well used. The bathroom, although small, had enough space to store things. There were spare pillows in the room. The bathroom amenities were liquid soap and shampoo. There was free coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was simple but complete.

I absolutely loved it! My first time in Leuven, me and my friends went as a group of 4, the food came in time even though it was busy, the variety of drinks amazed me, we had 5 rounds!! The service was amazing, they were interested in our feedback. Its my go to place now!

We had a fantastic few evenings in the professors drinking cocktails beer and listening to the music. We stayed locally in a nearby hotel. The staff drinks and ambiance is second to none. It was that good we have booked again for October to do it all over again looking forward to it.

Rooms very outdated, bathroom very outdated, dirty shower curtain, water almost did not drain, you are literally showering in dirty water, very poor breakfast, hardly replenished, little choice, cutlery is not replenished, no white bread or rolls or sandwiches, in terms of fruit there were a few bananas and apples, so not worth repeating

The hotel facilities are simple and there is no air conditioning. It was a bit hot when I checked in in mid-June. The hotel is next to a square. There is a lot of noise from vehicles during the day, and the restaurants and bars downstairs are very noisy at night. The breakfast is rich, with hot water and hot milk.

Basic room, with good supply of hot water in bathroom. No bath mat. No tea/coffee making facilities. Closing reception from 8pm to 8am a nuisance. My train was delayed by 4 hours and I couldn't get in, and couldn't let them know. Lots of noise in the street at night. Very central, easy to get to sights.
