This place is a scam. The pictures on the Internet (Google Maps and Booking.com) do not match the pictures of the rooms and the hotel itself. As you can see, walls are dirty everywhere, some parts of the room were dirty too, old and ugly furniture, the door of the shower was not complete which makes it hard to have a shower without leaving water everywhere. They don't pick the phone up, don't answer emails, messages but they did send an message throughout booking.com asking my boyfriend for his credit card details to pay some taxes and finish the check-in, which he did not do. In the end, you pay the price for a decent hotel to find it out in this conditions. I can not recommend it. I can only speak good for the location and the receptionist man, who was very helpful and kind when we arrived.

I originally booked this place as somewhere to stay whilst attending the formula 1 race in July, through booking.com

Firstly they contacted me through booking to ask for my credit card information to pay the tourist tax - a classic scam tactic.

Next they proposed a change to my booking (allegedly due to no longer being able to accommodate my booking) with no actual changes, and never responded to either me OR booking, so my reservation was cancelled once the "offer" for the modification expired.

I suspect they wanted my booking cancelled in order to re-list the room at a much higher price due to the demand from visitors for the F1. Which is mostly confirmed because the room is still available, just at more than twice the original price I booked it for.

Scummy & poorly run place - avoid at all costs

I booked a room in the hotel and paid in advance. I never made it in because when I got there on the day I had booked to arrive, it was closed. DO NOT BOOK this hotel. It might actually be a total scam. It is a shame. This was a bit less than two weeks ago and I still haven't been reimbursed through Booking which I used to book this hotel.

Not worth staying here; the facilities are outdated, and there is no elevator above the second floor.

I felt, the towels and blankets were not washed at all after someone left the room. It was full of dirty smell. If you have a meeting in the morning, no one is there to attend and the building will be locked,even you can't go outside. I had to cancel my meeting.

Worst experience ever.

They're scammers: we accidentally booked April 21st, while we wanted a week earlier. Nothing to do; they couldn't change the booking. So instead of Saturday and Sunday, it became Sunday and Monday a week later. Everything is closed on Mondays. My traveling companion had to take a day off work that Monday.
Other guests (a Flemish couple) had pre-paid through another booking agency for a room with breakfast (€16 per person for breakfast), but there was no breakfast. They received a package of cookies as breakfast, and the restaurant was closed anyway.
I had booked a twin room, but we got a room with a double bed! However, we did end up getting a different room. With twin beds. There was hardly anyone at the reception, and at checkout, we had to leave the room key in a mailbox.
On a positive note, it was clean.

Booked 2 nights with a vivabox, received a friendly welcome on arrival, but we no longer serve breakfast sir, no more food... but have a drink in the bar this evening instead of breakfast... yes, hello, what a compensation... then room on the 2nd floor sir....elevator not working...hupla...once in the room, when you enter it smells musty,...just white walls, a nicely made bed and a small TV on the wall, in the night lights had no lamps in them!!° We went downstairs to clean our ears and we wanted our money or receipt back, we received the answer I pass it on to the management, I say no way, give us the number and I call at them, wow, the friendly lady was suddenly a completely different person, shouting, ranting and breaking up with us, I said OK, I'll call the police, she laughed at me, OK, I'm now calling my lawyer to see what I should do, then she threw quickly send my receipt to our heads...so people be warned this is a complete scam!!!!

We stayed from 8 to 10, the hotel is far from what we expected, we can hear everything that is happening in the hotel, the towels not changing, electricity problem risk of electrocution. Obligation to get up for lunch before the person who takes care of his part... just disappointing I would not recommend to my relatives and friends.
