While the reception was trying to be helpful with their limited English, the room was not clean. There were lots of hair in the room, mostly from the oriantel decoration they place over bed, we simply put them aside. We also realized towels had spots and changed them, but nobody was in reception when we noticed one of the pillows and one side of the sheet had spots. Bathroom door was a bit weird with windows. Location was still nice, bed itself was ok and air conditioner in the room was good.
That being said, after giving them 4/10 on a booking website, they reached out with an extremely rude message claiming we were uncivilized and impolite, despite having very limited communication with them due to language limitations, which is obviously not acceptable, so would not recommend.

Worst hotel experience ever. I stayed here 15th August when the festival was almost all night and super loud, the window is obviously not sealed well and you feel like living in the street, I tried to go to reception get myself a new room but nobody there, all contact including emergency number was just unavailable. Plus the room is super small, bathroom was built with very thin wall material and you can hear literally everything from bedroom. Not recommending to anyone for sure, also wondering how come it’s 4.8 rating here.

Extremely Bad Service
We booked the hotel and informed them 2 weeks in advance that we would arrive late d. 15 February we actually write that we expect to be there at 01.00 d. 16 February.
We drive from Denmark and arrived precisely 01.00.
The door was locked and no one has informed us about the key.
We called the hotel and spoke with the owner.
He was extremely angry because I disturbed his beauty sleep. I told him that we have been driving 11 hours from Denmark and already mentioned our late arrive. He told me he was sleeping and don’t want to open. He asked if it was my car on the Square if it was he told me there would be a market in the morning. So he could see my car but don’t want to help.
This is the worth service I’ve ever had from a Hitel and I have stayed in a LOT !!!
