Great hotel with clean, modern rooms and a beautiful view over the Meuse River. The service was nice and professional, and overall the stay was very pleasant. The only downside was that the check-out process took quite a long time due to a queue building up in the morning. Aside from that, a very good experience and a hotel I’d recommend.

The night Duty reception staf (15/12/25) shall need training about how to meet arriving guest, how to talk with guest and how to check reservations. He doesnt have any idea about hotel management. Need CRM and training. But for sure he has some problems with people, ıf he doesnt want to make this job, than he should not. Because as guest after long travel, we DO NOT want to see this kind of hotel staff...

Hotel is ok with clean and spacious rooms and spa and swimming pool good. The only bad experience was dinner in the restaurant. Service was appalling - we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. No one came so we had to go up to the waiters to ask them to do it. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's quite nice inside. It's stylishly decorated, has a garden, and the breakfast area is also very nice. The only downside was that there was no parking available that day.

Nice rooms and nice staff Nothing around the hotel as regards shops or restaurants so you need to walk or take tram The gym is big and clean. But it needs dumbbells under 12kg. You can only use the free weights if you are a body builder and can lift 50kg!!

The hotel room is very big in Europe. The navigation made a mistake and I parked the car above a nearby supermarket. I accidentally saved a night's parking fee.

Very good and clean hotel. The staff are friendly. The lounge downstairs by the reception is cozy! Just a tip: the small bed makes an annoying noise. Otherwise, everything is very good and tidy.

I loved the hotel's comic strip theme; I was lucky enough to get a Gaston Lagaffe room, which was great! There were even comic books to read and buy at reception. The receptionist and bartender working late afternoon and evening on July 21st were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my short stay.

I stayed for a meeting one night in this hotel. It is a beautifull historical building with a nice entrance hall, bar and restaurant. The rooms seem recently renovated, are modern and clean. Unfortunately the stuff a the reception was quite unfriendly. I arrived at twelve and was told the room would be available at 2 pm. I came back at 2:15 and was told it would take 30 more minutes. Our entire group stayed in this hotel for 2 to 4 nights, and other group members' rooms reported that kettles, showers, glasses, etc. were either broken or damaged. We had an appartement- 2 minutes walk from the hotel and perfect for 3-4 persons. Lots of space and well equiped, in the city centre (2 minutes from the Inno, 2 minutes from an Indigo parking (very narrow). Excellent price- quality

For the location and price, you can't beat this Hotel. Parking was available at a nearby parking garage (14 euro/night). Everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms were clean, functional and modern. The wifi working perfectly and the host for check in and out was friendly and accomodating. Don't miss out on the breakfast!!!

Love the shower. 2 shower heads. Really big bathroom. Really clean and loads of towel. Breakfast was really good and filling. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Great location.

Location was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was new and modern. In the hotel lobby, you can take coffee and tea free of charge which it is really good after a long day or before leaving the city. We really enjoyed the hotel and definitely recommend it.

Directly opposite the train station, if u are staying along the street u get a great view of the station day and nite. The rooms are simple, nice and functional. A typical roadside hotel for car travelers. Situated next to the road. Simple room. But everything you need is there, shower, bath, air conditioning, TV. The plumbing is a bit outdated, the toilet did not flush well. I recommend for one night, but not for 100 euros! We got there during the holidays, the price is too high.

Had a good night stay in the hotel, with a water cooker in the room and a bath with powerful water spray. Only for breakfast you have to go outside to the other building.

The hotel is only conveniently located if you travel by car, it's not in the center, but very close to the highway entrance/exit which makes it easy if you just stay for overnight. It's basic, but everything you need is available.

The hotel was basic! The beds were terrible! Legit awful. But it was a great location and the breakfast was decent. I wouldnt pay more than 100€ a night though

Fantastic Staff & Location Beautiful 12 room hotel - modern upgrades & centrally located. Great staff & they even allowed us to stay until 2p (check out normally at 12 noon) for no extra fee. The only thing to consider is there is no lift & we were on the 2nd floor, so had to navigate two flights of fairly narrow staircase with our luggage.

If you come with Flixbus, it is between centrum and bus station. walking distance for both. When you arrive you need to contact via whatsapp through number on the door. Doors are opened with code. Room was comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff was so friendly. I cannot say anything for reception as there was no one but it is ok through whatsapp. I can recommend it

15-20 minutes walk from Guillemins train station or the city center. The hotel is correct, clean and in a quiet area. I am removing one star because the elevator and TV are out of service and the insulation between rooms is very average.

The host was relatively accommodating and allowed us to access the 10 a.m. accommodation at no additional cost.

The hotel is right in the city centre. You need to ring the bell to enter. The lobby is beautiful. I have not stayed here, however I really needed to print something on my trip. The nice sir from the hotel said it was no problem. He printed the document without hesitation and even offered me water without staying in the hotel. I loved the experience, just for that they already get 10/10 for me!

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The hotel location is better to drive here as they have free parking lot within the hotel. In the dining public area, there are free coffee and tea offered 24hrs, with one microwaver and small fridge which are very practical and nice. The staff are very nice and helpful too.
