Very beautiful hotel and the rooftop pool is insane but needs serious renovation and improvement in the quality of services provided by the staff !!!!

Elevator was down for 5 hours causing us not to be able to use all the hotel amenities such as rooftop pool or restaurant which was why we booked this hotel.

The hotel is very well located, with impeccable and very attentive staff. The view is magnificent. However, it's extremely noisy (just a single sliding glass pane for a window). Nights can be very, very difficult as it's on a very busy avenue day and night, often subject to motorcycle races, all sorts of honking, and very lively.

Hotel just outside Leblon but recommended for families also because of the safety you find in the structure. Great services, fantastic breakfast, swimming pools tennis courts and games room, easy access to the beach. The rooms are of good size (we had the one with 2 beds) but a little dated.

You can go down to the exclusive beach. As a resort hotel, the facilities are quite rich, including tennis courts, swimming pools, and children's playgrounds. As a five-star hotel, the price is moderate and the cost performance is very high. I am afraid that the noisy sound of the waves will have a little impact.

I booked this Hilton expecting their usual high standards, but the room was outdated, the shower leaked everywhere, and there wasn't even a hairdryer. Top location, but a worn interior. Symbolic that the Hilton sign lights on the top of the building are mostly broken. In top places like London and New York, hotel chains just rake in cash and have no incentive to invest. The same appears to be the case in Rio.

The location is superb, right at the beginning of Copacabana Beach, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the entire nearly five-kilometer-long famous beach. There's a wide variety of restaurants nearby, and supermarkets and small stalls are also easily accessible.

The hotel view is absolutely stunning, and the location is great. However, the room was small, and the facilities were quite old. The public restroom in the lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell. There were people smoking on the way to the hotel, which was a bit off-putting. For breakfast, the cups provided looked like they had been used by others, so I'd recommend bringing your own sanitizing wipes...

A dream location, nothing to add.

As expected of a five-star hotel, the facilities are comprehensive, the swimming pool is beautiful, the staff are highly professional, and the stay was excellent. The hotel is located by the sea, offering uniquely beautiful views!

The Atlantic Ocean is right outside the window, and the rolling waves and the birds and airplanes flying overhead are a beautiful sight in themselves. There are bicycles available for free rent for 2 hours outside the hotel, and riding along the dedicated bike path along the shore would be very pleasant, but unfortunately I didn't have time to try it.

Hotel well located for living on Copacabana. Average service. I ordered a nasturtium several times at breakfast that never arrived. There's a major problem with noise in the rooms; the windows are very poorly insulated. I reported it, but they didn't seem surprised. If you want to go to bed early, avoid this place.

A very well-located hotel in Copacabana for exploring Rio, with a panoramic view of Copacabana Beach. Superb service and amenities. First-rate spa. The atmosphere around the pool, with live music in the evening, was super pleasant. Nothing to complain about. A repeat stay.

It was great, it was just one night because we were going to an event. But everything was very clean and organized, and the breakfast was very good and varied. Whenever we can stay here, and if we book in advance, it's good because the price is lower and even better, lol.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Check in was super easy, even though it was 3:00 a.m. in the morning. The hotel is old but the facilities are maintained well. The pool deck is lovely, and gives a wonderful option rather than going to the very busy beach. Breakfast presently was a treat as we had the special breakfast on floor 12!

Far too much noise between rooms.

A great location close to Copacabana beach and easy access to the metro. The breakfast buffet has a varied choice and the rooftop pool and bar also offers stunning views and a great atmosphere.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the location is great, within walking distance to the beach. There are bars and supermarkets nearby. However, check-in time is at 2 PM, and early check-in is not possible.

The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working. Hotel located across from the Las Américas Highway. The highway has heavy traffic, which is very bothersome. The hotel's exterior metalwork is basic and doesn't provide good sound insulation. The hotel is excellent. Very good location, clean, and comfortable. The service at the front desk is unsurpassed, the entire staff very friendly, especially Humberto, who helped us at all times with recommendations and reservations. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

The room had a problem with a clogged bathroom sink, the smart TV froze during broadcasts, making it impossible to watch, and other channels also had a delay, negatively impacting the entertainment experience. The air conditioning leaked. The delay in changing rooms caused me to lose 3 hours. The phone service and room service delivery were slow. Overall, a poor experience, which led to this low rating

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach and several restaurants nearby. The staff were super polite and helpful. Breakfast with plenty of variety. The cleaning of the room leaves something to be desired, we had to call reception to change towels every day we stayed and tidy up the room. The minibar is not restocked.

For being a 4-star hotel, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we entered the room, it was dirty. As if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, dusty and the floor was dirty.

Wifi is extremely slow in rooms. You can't do any Zoom meeting at all. If you are traveling for business, expect that you won't be able to do reliable Zoom meeting.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's within biking distances of Copacabana beach and the sugar loaf mountain. Also just a quick crossing from Botafogo beach. Super markets and good restaurants are also only walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Rio but has a quiet enough place to sleep. Most hotels around Ipanema or Copacabana are rather loud in the evening.

Hotel location was great, just off Botafogo beach (unfortunately you have to cross2 bust roads to get to the beach, but so does every other hotel) and 10 minutes walk to the Metro. Hotel breakfast was good and room kept very clean. Service from restaurant staff was exceptional.

When your travel for business, in general, your clothes need to be with a well presentation, however the hotel doesn't have at least an iron in the room, the hotel must put some iron in the room, it is really necessary.

Nothing special. Small outdated rooms. First room had strong smell, therefore, asked for a room change. Second room was better. Two single beds instead of one king-size, though. Kettle in the room was broken. Rooms have no view at all. Supermarket is next door. Shopping center with great views to Botafogo beach is two blocks away.

Lovely spot, great staff, rooftop was brilliant. Housekeeping was the only disappointing part - had to ask for things to be replaced, had some hairs left in the bathroom when it was cleaned (I’m bald!) and never had any bottled water.

This hotel is beautiful, private, moody and has the best views of Ipanema! The rooftop pool alone is worth the price of the hotel. Such stunning views and very comfortable. The rooms are a bit dark and moody on the courtyard side, but the real charm of the hotel is the Ipanema location and the rooftop. Luciana at the front desk was our favorite and she was so kind to us!

Honestly the beach is nicer further down close to posto 5. But I guess this is also by the beach. Just be careful when booking a room - if it doesn’t mention sea view you will be facing another building. This should be made clearer in room descriptions. The sheets are a luxurious cotton sateen. Right on the beach. The room we had was fantastic, the rooftop pool and bar were excellent and the included breakfast was great each day. They have a spot on the beach as well with chairs and umbrellas for guest if you need them. The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. No problems at all.
