Very beautiful hotel and the rooftop pool is insane but needs serious renovation and improvement in the quality of services provided by the staff !!!!
Elevator was down for 5 hours causing us not to be able to use all the hotel amenities such as rooftop pool or restaurant which was why we booked this hotel.
It's a 30-story hotel with 6 elevators and many rooms, so you can imagine. The breakfasts are a bit repetitive and could be improved, but they do have fresh orange juice, which is a nice touch
Great hotel with a luxurious view of the most famous beach. Yes, there are some minor issues, like sometimes having to wait 7 minutes for an elevator, but I don't consider that a problem
The bed was good, and I slept excellently!
My birthday fell during my stay, and the hotel gave me a lovely surprise! Thank you! I'll definitely be back
The hotel is very well located, with impeccable and very attentive staff. However, it's extremely noisy (just a single sliding glass pane for a window)

Convenient location, short access to the beach, right from the hotel. Away from city highways.
Great all around hotel. Nothing to complain about
You can go down to the exclusive beach. As a resort hotel, the facilities are quite rich, including tennis courts, swimming pools, and children's playgrounds
The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, good environment, facing the sea, rich breakfast, large swimming pool, clean and hygienic water, rich food, good hotel service, recommended to stay!
The service level was outstanding and the hotel has good facilities with pool, hot tub and a private beach. We stayed in a Junior suite and had a great stay
What a luxurious place! Really the best rooms are given to the elite! Great sleep to the sound of the ocean! And what an amazing grey-haired gentleman in the club lounge in the evening! You won't find anything like this in Europe anymore

Great location, and the rooftop has a nice ambiance. The facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's still pretty good.
The location is superb, right at the beginning of Copacabana Beach, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the entire nearly five-kilometer-long famous beach
There's a wide variety of restaurants nearby, and supermarkets and small stalls are also easily accessible
Top location, but a worn interior. Symbolic that the Hilton sign lights on the top of the building are mostly broken. In top places like London and New York, hotel chains just rake in cash and have no incentive to invest

Breakfast was incredible. Managed to check in early and even got an upgrade! Bed was really comfy and the room was spacious. Location was on point, close to action yet quiet.
breakfast is delicious and a nice rooftop pool if you want to rest and sunbathe
On the other hand, security was constantly stopping me if I didn't see my hotel bracelet. The breakfast was one of the best (especially considering that South America doesn't have a good breakfast culture
I stayed at this hotel during Carnival. It was incredibly crowded, and checking in took forever. On the one hand, this is a plus, because the city isn't exactly the safest
It's usually a big bagel and fruit at other hotels). The main drawback: the elevators weren't working. There are probably 5 or 6 elevators in the hotel
Stayed here for 3 days to relax and check out the surroundings. Lots of homeless people outside. all in all very good for what you get for the price

Overall, one of the nicest hotel/resort experience at many girls we stayed around the world. It was unfortunate that when we started the weather was not very warm so we didn't use the beach service or the pool
The hotel its wonderful best location and place of Rio de Janeiro. Caroline its a nice girl that help us in check in. We will back for sure.
As expected of a five-star hotel, the facilities are comprehensive, the swimming pool is beautiful, the staff are highly professional, and the stay was excellent
The hotel is very well equipped and maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable and house-keeping did an amazing job every day! All stuff in the hotel were always helpful and professional and able to help
There are bicycles available for free rent for 2 hours outside the hotel, and riding along the dedicated bike path along the shore would be very pleasant, but unfortunately I didn't have time to try it
Very nice experience. Beach is great, good location. Very special thanks to Humberto, Arios and Yuri for the great experience at the bar and the Caiprinhas and Cachaca history lessons.

Great airport hotel. Service was good and pool has a really nice view. Breakfast was alright but not too much variety.
The breakfast and swimming pool view are great. The room facilities are average, especially the soundproofing is very poor. The room next door plays loud music from 9 to 12 o'clock
The price is relatively high, the location isn't great, and the hotel feels disorganized being inside a shopping mall with slow signage. The swimming pool was constantly closed
I couldn't check in early at 12:30, but they told me around 13:20 that I was ready, which was nice. The location is great, connected to the airport. However, the reception is at the very back, so it's a bit of a walk
We checked in around 21:00 and need to catch fly at 05:15. Great that the breakfast opens 04:00 so we still had breakfast before the flight. It take us less than 5 mins to be at the boarding gate
It's a very large hotel; the rooms and hallways smelled a bit of disinfectant. There were quite a few people on the rooftop. P1/P2 show the view from the rooftop

Amazing stay, stuff is really helpful, great swimming pool and amenities. Elevators are F1 speed 💪
Poor in minor services like providing towels for the beach ( unkind)
Facilities : quite reasonable. Food : According to standards
This was our second stay at Windsor Oceanico Hotel, and once again it was truly exceptional — largely thanks to Isaac from the reception and the wonderful cleaning lady
As a solo traveller at the end of a trip wanting some serenity it was perfect as right next to the beach
That was a bad experience for me , so I’ll keep that in mind if my acquaintances ask me what my experience was like at that hotel
I wouldn’t say friendliness is their defining characteristic, including the service at the lobby bar

One of the best hotels in Brazil. First of all, the location and view from the restaurant/pool are breathtaking, certainly one of the most privileged views of Copacabana. The service exceeded all my expectations
Very nice hotel and breakfast
Second time staying there and will go back
Room very spacious and
A very well-located hotel in Copacabana for exploring Rio, with a panoramic view of Copacabana Beach. The atmosphere around the pool, with live music in the evening, was super pleasant
The view of the mountains and the sea outside the swimming pool is superb! ! ! We were in a daze for 2 days in the hotel and the beach at the door! Because we checked in early, we were given the last room with sea view, but my husband was more serious and changed it twice to a good sea view room
To be honest, the impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is an exclusive hotel, on the other hand, there were so many people that I did not feel exclusivity. You can't push through the pool
For some reason, in order to get to the pool and the beautiful view, you need to ask the hostess (who, of course, ask with a menacing look if you have a reservation and that there are no places) and you stand behind a red rope that blocks your way

The hotel is located in a wonderful area, the street is safe. We walked calmly with a small child. Conveniently accessible to the beach, to shopping centers. Cons: the pool is open from 9 to 17, during the hottest time
Nice business hotel to stay a few days, 5-10 mins walk from beach if you don’t mind that. Rooftop bar and small pool with nice views
Towels are gray, elevators do not always work correctly
It was great, it was just one night because we were going to an event. But everything was very clean and organized, and the breakfast was very good and varied
Whenever we can stay here, and if we book in advance, it's good because the price is lower and even better, lol
Everything was perfect, facilities, employees, location...

Nice hotel in Flamengo, breakfast was really good with plenty of gluten free options. Pool area was nice but would be nice to advertise where to get towels
The rooftop pool is quite beautiful as well and surprisingly, even it was after new year, it didn’t feel crowded
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, answering your questions! The food at the breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious, even chia and flax seeds were available! March 8 is International Women's Day, and during breakfast, the restaurant gives each lady a box of cake, which is really thoughtful! The most unfortunate is that the spacing between rooms is too thin, the lady in the next...
We were greeted with a smile as soon as we arrived! This hotel offers money exchange (from USD). The location is perfect with lots of restaurant options around the area
The hotel has great breakfast and in general it’s nice. The room was spacious and the staff is attentive, but the check in took an hour, the same for the check out
Favorite part in this hotel is the buffet breakfast. Lots of options to choose from! Will definitely recommend to family and friends visitng Rio!

The only downside we noticed — and something worth mentioning — is that the check-in process and any interaction with the front desk took quite a long time
The hotel has an excellent location: a calm and pleasant area with a beautiful coastline, perfect for walking, swimming, and relaxing away from the crowds
However, the fact that this period is peak season is well known in advance, so the hotel could have increased the number of front desk staff accordingly
In our view, this was not done sufficiently, which resulted in waiting in line for almost any request at reception
Aside from this point, the hotel is a very solid choice and works very well for a relaxed stay by the ocean
Most likely, this was due to the high season during Christmas and New Year holidays

Far from the center, the ocean and the beach are clean, fewer people than on Copacobana. Breakfast is standard, week tired. The room is clean, there was a side view of the sea, mountains, houses - very beautiful
The breakfast was good with lots of choice. I had a room on the 10th floor so the views were amazing. The staff were so professional and helpful I have nothing but praise for the team at Laghetto hotel
They didn't have many options options of the menu and they didn't communicate it until a while after we ordered. The worst was that they charged twice the stay. At check in and automatically at check out
The hotel was very nice and have great views of the beach or inner city. We stayed at the 5th floor overlooking the pool and that was just perfect! Rooftop has nice game room and views of the ocean
I stayed over Christmas and New Year so the little complimentary gift and bottle of sparkling wine were a nice added touch. Special thanks to Matheus on reception who gave exceptional service
The rooms are outdated, and the bathroom door was literally coming apart. Towels were old, rough, and felt overused

The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast options to start your day full of energy. The hotel is close to the metro station
The transportation is also quite convenient! Continue to pay attention as needed in the future!
Convenient location, cost-effective
Let’s be honest: the price is very affordable for being near the airport. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, air conditioning and wifi
I like Ibis because it has a good standard
Os atendentes são bem atenciosos e o café da manhã farto. Mas os cartões de entrada pro quarto desmagnetizam muito facilmente, além dos elevadores serem bem lentos.

The pool deck is lovely, and gives a wonderful option rather than going to the very busy beach. Breakfast presently was a treat as we had the special breakfast on floor 12!
Also she was attentive and that really impressed me. Ericka had the please of checking me out of the hotel and she was also very kind!
The property itself was perfection
A very Nice hotel with great decoration. The staff is really helpful and warm welcome with a smile! Nice breakfast on a quiet terrace
We had a lovely time at this hotel. Check in was super easy, even though it was 3:00 a. The hotel is old but the facilities are maintained well
I stayed in building B where you get a side glimpse which was not too bad. Overall the property is a 10/10
The room was very clean and the staff were all very nice.

A great location close to Copacabana beach and easy access to the metro. The breakfast buffet has a varied choice and the rooftop pool and bar also offers stunning views and a great atmosphere.
Awesome place: great rooms, delicious breakfast, nice spa. Well-equipped gym on the 18th floor, pool with a view!!!
The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all
Excellent hotel. The ceiling lamp broke (water leaked from it) in our standard room and they replaced it with a deluxe room with huge beds and a marble bathroom. The staff is responsible and helpful.
The food is super, the rooms are clean, the staff is polite, hospitable, always happy to help, even if there is no common language, they still explain how to find it
There were a lot of people, but the breakfast was great. The surroundings were average, but it was good value for money.

The environment here is very quiet, so if you have trouble sleeping, this might be a good option for you. On the ninth floor, there's a heated rooftop pool and a gym, and on the ground floor, Western cuisine is served
The airport is about 500 meters directly opposite the pool, and the beach is about a ten-minute drive away
All very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were a particular highlight. The only downside was the location. You need to take a taxi to pretty much anything other than the mall next door
The hotel's back entrance leads to the Metropolitano mall, which features an Australian restaurant, a standard Japanese restaurant, over a dozen small eateries, massage parlors, and a cinema
Sugarloaf Mountain is approximately 28 kilometers from the hotel, and getting there by Uber is quite convenient
Typical Hilton hotel. No surprise, no disappointment. Excellent breakfast.clean and large room.

The bar area felt cheap, and the thick glass panels and wide columns made it hard to enjoy the view or take good photos. The whole rooftop design felt very old-fashioned. Overall, the hotel feels stuck in time
My room faced the inside of the building, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy, which made the room quite dark. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable
The rooftop views are amazing, but the design is honestly very awkward and outdated. The pool is at the back with almost no view, when it could easily have been a stunning infinity pool
Staff were generally nice, but everything felt quite slow check-in, check-out, room service requests, and even housekeeping. Breakfast was good in quality but exactly the same every day
Getting a table in the morning was also frustratingly slow; at one point around 10 people were waiting, and it took about 10 minutes just to be seated
I booked JW Marriott Copacabana because, surprisingly, the price wasn’t much higher than nearby 3–4 star hotels
Rio De Janeiro, Av. das Américas, 10.500 (23 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool, Rooftop pool
The hotel is well located on Avenida das Américas, with high-standard facilities, a varied breakfast, comfortable rooms (I stayed in two different rooms, one with a sea view), and the staff were excellent, always friendly and attentive
Everything worked perfectly, excellent breakfast, very good Wi-Fi, comfortable room and beds, bathroom with strong and hot shower, bidet, TV with a good number of channels.
The only problem was that the elevators were out of service a few times, and for those on higher floors it was difficult to go down several flights of stairs
But overall, the stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend the hotel
Hello, how are you? Nice stay, very good room, except for the blackout curtain that didn't cover the whole room and it was very light, disturbing the comfortable experience I'm used to.
The room was comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel is convenient for Barra but quite far from Rio. Room cleanliness could be improved

The hotel provides a card for changing towels, so you don't have to worry about not having a towel after playing on the beach or in the swimming pool upstairs
Located at the end of Copacabana i. Clean room, english speaking reception, rooftop pool and bar. Just it do not have any ramp to get into the hotel, thus u had to carry the luggages onto the stairs
Good hotel, nice location, amazing view with a really nice roof bar and pool. The breakfast has a great variety of pastries, sweets, cakes, and drinks options
The shower drain did not work at all - we had to kick the water to the corner each time for it to drain or pools of water stayed until the next day
We arrived at 1pm and they said they had a room for us. It wasn't ready so we went to the pool where again, service was wonderful
The staff were very friendly, especially Ana in the reception, very attentive and helpful

I liked everything - from Breakfast to umbrellas on the beach. There is also a rooftop pool, sauna and fitness room
A little pool with a beautiful views.
But, even though this hotel and staff were really amazing. Very clean and updated with a really nice modern twist. Peaceful and tranquil and in a very good neighborhood. Breakfast was decent and room service was good
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our first night, and the food was excellent. One of the best meals I've had in Brazil. The hotel itself is a stone's throw away from many bars, shops, and restaurants
We stayed here while visiting Rio and the staff made our stay so memorable! Thank you to the staff in the children’s area, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurants. The location was perfect for us
