Very beautiful hotel and the rooftop pool is insane but needs serious renovation and improvement in the quality of services provided by the staff !!!!

Elevator was down for 5 hours causing us not to be able to use all the hotel amenities such as rooftop pool or restaurant which was why we booked this hotel.

It's a 30-story hotel with 6 elevators and many rooms, so you can imagine. The breakfasts are a bit repetitive and could be improved, but they do have fresh orange juice, which is a nice touch

Great hotel with a luxurious view of the most famous beach. Yes, there are some minor issues, like sometimes having to wait 7 minutes for an elevator, but I don't consider that a problem

The bed was good, and I slept excellently! My birthday fell during my stay, and the hotel gave me a lovely surprise! Thank you! I'll definitely be back

The hotel is very well located, with impeccable and very attentive staff. However, it's extremely noisy (just a single sliding glass pane for a window)

The service level was outstanding and the hotel has good facilities with pool, hot tub and a private beach. We stayed in a Junior suite and had a great stay

What a luxurious place! Really the best rooms are given to the elite! Great sleep to the sound of the ocean! And what an amazing grey-haired gentleman in the club lounge in the evening! You won't find anything like this in Europe anymore

The location is superb, right at the beginning of Copacabana Beach, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the entire nearly five-kilometer-long famous beach

There's a wide variety of restaurants nearby, and supermarkets and small stalls are also easily accessible

Top location, but a worn interior. Symbolic that the Hilton sign lights on the top of the building are mostly broken. In top places like London and New York, hotel chains just rake in cash and have no incentive to invest

Breakfast was incredible. Managed to check in early and even got an upgrade! Bed was really comfy and the room was spacious. Location was on point, close to action yet quiet.

I stayed at this hotel during Carnival. It was incredibly crowded, and checking in took forever. On the one hand, this is a plus, because the city isn't exactly the safest

Stayed here for 3 days to relax and check out the surroundings. Lots of homeless people outside. all in all very good for what you get for the price

Overall, one of the nicest hotel/resort experience at many girls we stayed around the world. It was unfortunate that when we started the weather was not very warm so we didn't use the beach service or the pool

As expected of a five-star hotel, the facilities are comprehensive, the swimming pool is beautiful, the staff are highly professional, and the stay was excellent

There are bicycles available for free rent for 2 hours outside the hotel, and riding along the dedicated bike path along the shore would be very pleasant, but unfortunately I didn't have time to try it

The breakfast and swimming pool view are great. The room facilities are average, especially the soundproofing is very poor. The room next door plays loud music from 9 to 12 o'clock

The price is relatively high, the location isn't great, and the hotel feels disorganized being inside a shopping mall with slow signage. The swimming pool was constantly closed

I couldn't check in early at 12:30, but they told me around 13:20 that I was ready, which was nice. The location is great, connected to the airport. However, the reception is at the very back, so it's a bit of a walk

We checked in around 21:00 and need to catch fly at 05:15. Great that the breakfast opens 04:00 so we still had breakfast before the flight. It take us less than 5 mins to be at the boarding gate

It's a very large hotel; the rooms and hallways smelled a bit of disinfectant. There were quite a few people on the rooftop. P1/P2 show the view from the rooftop

The view of the mountains and the sea outside the swimming pool is superb! ! ! We were in a daze for 2 days in the hotel and the beach at the door! Because we checked in early, we were given the last room with sea view, but my husband was more serious and changed it twice to a good sea view room

To be honest, the impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, it is an exclusive hotel, on the other hand, there were so many people that I did not feel exclusivity. You can't push through the pool

For some reason, in order to get to the pool and the beautiful view, you need to ask the hostess (who, of course, ask with a menacing look if you have a reservation and that there are no places) and you stand behind a red rope that blocks your way

The hotel is located in a wonderful area, the street is safe. We walked calmly with a small child. Conveniently accessible to the beach, to shopping centers. Cons: the pool is open from 9 to 17, during the hottest time

We were greeted with a smile as soon as we arrived! This hotel offers money exchange (from USD). The location is perfect with lots of restaurant options around the area

The only downside we noticed — and something worth mentioning — is that the check-in process and any interaction with the front desk took quite a long time

The breakfast was good with lots of choice. I had a room on the 10th floor so the views were amazing. The staff were so professional and helpful I have nothing but praise for the team at Laghetto hotel

They didn't have many options options of the menu and they didn't communicate it until a while after we ordered. The worst was that they charged twice the stay. At check in and automatically at check out

The pool deck is lovely, and gives a wonderful option rather than going to the very busy beach. Breakfast presently was a treat as we had the special breakfast on floor 12!

Also she was attentive and that really impressed me. Ericka had the please of checking me out of the hotel and she was also very kind! The property itself was perfection

The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all

Excellent hotel. The ceiling lamp broke (water leaked from it) in our standard room and they replaced it with a deluxe room with huge beds and a marble bathroom. The staff is responsible and helpful.

The airport is about 500 meters directly opposite the pool, and the beach is about a ten-minute drive away

My room faced the inside of the building, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy, which made the room quite dark. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable

The rooftop views are amazing, but the design is honestly very awkward and outdated. The pool is at the back with almost no view, when it could easily have been a stunning infinity pool

I booked JW Marriott Copacabana because, surprisingly, the price wasn’t much higher than nearby 3–4 star hotels

The hotel is well located on Avenida das Américas, with high-standard facilities, a varied breakfast, comfortable rooms (I stayed in two different rooms, one with a sea view), and the staff were excellent, always friendly and attentive

Everything worked perfectly, excellent breakfast, very good Wi-Fi, comfortable room and beds, bathroom with strong and hot shower, bidet, TV with a good number of channels.

The only problem was that the elevators were out of service a few times, and for those on higher floors it was difficult to go down several flights of stairs

But overall, the stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend the hotel

The hotel provides a card for changing towels, so you don't have to worry about not having a towel after playing on the beach or in the swimming pool upstairs

Located at the end of Copacabana i. Clean room, english speaking reception, rooftop pool and bar. Just it do not have any ramp to get into the hotel, thus u had to carry the luggages onto the stairs
