It was very clean with a great host and nice atmosphere!

A nice hotel with good prices. The hotel has a restaurant with rich and diverse menu, the food is tasty, and the portions were surprisingly big. It also has a very beautiful garden, a pool, and some gym equipment.

The host was very kind and she was ready to take a late arrival with no complaints. The location was great, a few min walk from many restaurants. There was enough options for parking the car too. The room was spacious enough and we also had a balcony. So really, there was nothing missing for us.

This is a good hotel, the staff were nice, and the room was lovely. Comfortable beds, working TV and air conditioner, spacious and modern bathroom, and a nice balcony, but not enough electric sockets. The location was not great as it is situated at the end of a very uneven and quiet street. Also there are no elevators. Otherwise the stay was great.

Loved the place! We stayed in a studio flat with amazing view. The studio was nice, the staff very friendly. One downside - no wifi on the top floor.

We have visited this hotel for the second time. The owner of the hotel was exceptionally polite and nice, accommodated us on a very short notice. We liked it and stayed an extra two nights. The room was cosy and clean, the bed was comfy. The only minus was that at the back of the hotel someone started building bungalows which ruins the view and there were two boxers barking all night/morning long making...

Nice hostel with nice staff. Great place in particiular if you consider the price per night. Only downside is they do not speak no english at all. But since they care about you, comunication works out fine anyway. If you need an unofficial english speaking tourist information go to the main street in direction of the park to the BAR (giant red leters) on the right hand side or pancake caravan 'sweet...

The host is very friendly but his wife - not so much. Water pressure on the 3rd floor was very poor, and the shower was more like a mist. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. There are lots of stairs to climb to 3rd floor and no one offers help. The tv was not working. The good thing is that we were able to park in front of the house, and the house is facing the forest, so it is very quiet.

I was welcomed very warm and friendly. The room was clean and big enough. I had instant coffee left for me. There was places to park and the villa was very near to the main street.

It's quite and green. The Veleka beach is close. Rooms are bright and clean, but is not 5 star hotel. You will miss some nice things, but the owner is very helpful and will try assist.

Very nice villa with clean rooms and very friendly hosts. Wi-Fi and TV are present and included. It's also very quiet and is facing the woods/nature.

Very clean and comfortable. We visited in September and had to leave during extreme weather conditions and closed roads. The staff were very kind, they called us after we left and offered us to come back.

The place was so nice! It felt so cosy and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and let us leave our bags early as we arrived quite early in Ahtopol. I cannot recommend this place enough! It was great for children as well!

Overall it's ok. The rooms are clean but the bathroom are smelly (most probably because of the pipes) and the light bulb in the bathroom was broken and they didn't change it during the stay

Hosts are very kind, food in the restaurant is very delicious.

We only visited the restaurant and did not stay in the hotel but we couldn't have been happier. Everything is fresh, while vegetables are one of the best we've tried at a restaurant for a while. Make sure to try the home made beef meatballs if you like meat.

Great place, the new owners are very friendly, rooms are clean, food is a-m-a-z-i-n-g, veggies are grown in the backyard. We had a great time and we’re definitely coming back.

This is an old hotel that has changed hands only recently. The new owners have completely refurbished this hotel. Great location and great value! Well kept and properly manged hotel! It's just 100 meters from the best cocktail bar in the area and 15 min walk from the beach. Will definitely come back! Parking is easy and breakfast is prepared in the restaurant of the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location - right on the main road and found it extremely easy. It is not very close to the beach but it takes about 10 minutes to get to Butamaya beach. By car, there is a relatively quick access to Veleka beach, close to Silistar beach. Our room was spacious and had great views of the sea, but the table on the terrace was broken, and the bathroom had a strange foil on the floor...

The best food in the village! The staff is literally flying. Everything in the order was on time. The food was very delicious. It is better to have reservation as the place gets full in the evenings.

AC was stopped during heatwave for the first night of our stay because of electricity saving, which resulted in sleepless night and many mosquitos bites (due to lack of net against bugs on the windows). Everything else was okay.

Excellent place☺️! They upgraded our rooms for no reason and made us feel really welcome. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. The art pieces around the palace are also amazing. ☺️

The staff was excellent and supportive. All of our requests were met and we have received some discounts. The apartments on ground level have gardens and are perfect for two adults with a child.

The prices are a but high for what it offers in terms of rooms. Some rooms though are much better than others. The garden is amazing, plus the other facilities - pool, barbecue places, fitness. The breakfast is not bad either. Probably the best thing about it is the super friendly staff and service. The cleaning lady was really good also.

The food menu and execution are lacking. But otherwise a nice and relaxing place. Has a parking (which is a lawn - it is not asphalted and is steep at one end), a pool and children's playground.

We had a very nice time clean and quiet appartement. Close to the center and the beach.

Very cozy and green place. There are several benches on the great green yard. It's a small, clean and tidy place. All you need for a great week at the beach.

The place is nice and the view is really amazing. The rooms are fine, not too big but cosy. I love the fact that you can have your coffee at the table in front as if it were a verandah. And you can chat with the neighbours. It's dog friendly. The pool was cold though, and needed cleaning (at the time we were there).

We only stayed at hotel Anchor for one night but will be back for sure! The hostess was kind and welcoming, it was peaceful and close to the beach/forest. In the morning we had an amazing breakfast with good coffee. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway (with or without children)

A great place for vacation, with family or with friends. You have rooms (from 2 to 6 people) with good isolation. The pool is great: clean, has different levels and is big enough. View from pool is relaxing. This hotel has bar and great kitchen. Hotel is near center of town and sea is also near. Has a parking lot. I’v been here two times and will be more. Recommend it

This place is something you've never been to. It has its own magic, which you will understand once you stay here. Sinemorets is a special place. And Hotel Anchor is the best place to get to know Sinemorets from it's best part. The staff is great, helpful and understanding. The hotel is isolated, and has it's own soul. The swimming pool in the middle creates a cool atmosphere inside the hotel's territory...

I had an amazing stay. The hotel is very calm and quiet, the rooms are spotless and also well-maintained. The hosts were always friendly and ready to assist with anything. The food was delicious, with enough variety to suit everyone’s tastes and fresh options. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel, very kind hosts and delicious restaurant. Location is perfect, both for young people and families. I highly recommend !
