AC was stopped during heatwave for the first night of our stay because of electricity saving, which resulted in sleepless night and many mosquitos bites (due to lack of net against bugs on the windows). Everything else was okay.

Excellent place☺️! They upgraded our rooms for no reason and made us feel really welcome. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. The art pieces around the palace are also amazing. ☺️

The staff was excellent and supportive. All of our requests were met and we have received some discounts. The apartments on ground level have gardens and are perfect for two adults with a child.

The place is nice and the view is really amazing. The rooms are fine, not too big but cosy. I love the fact that you can have your coffee at the table in front as if it were a verandah. And you can chat with the neighbours. It's dog friendly. The pool was cold though, and needed cleaning (at the time we were there).

We only stayed at hotel Anchor for one night but will be back for sure! The hostess was kind and welcoming, it was peaceful and close to the beach/forest. In the morning we had an amazing breakfast with good coffee. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway (with or without children)

A great place for vacation, with family or with friends. You have rooms (from 2 to 6 people) with good isolation. The pool is great: clean, has different levels and is big enough. Excellent place to have romantic dinner, and rest a the end of the day... The best vegetarian cuisine I had during my stay. Visitors also have the opportunity to visit the unique museum of Black Sea marine findings. One of the best places in Ahtopol!

Best hotel we have been in years. Super clean, you can tell it has not been cheaped out when built as almost any other hotel in this class. All is indeed super quiet, even the staff whisper among each other. Location is also top, parking beside the balconies. No remarks whatsoever. Will definitely revisit.

I don't think that the hotel should be ****. The apartment wasn't bad (definitely not luxurious); the shower needed to be changed; the rooms were spacious, but the storage space wasn't enough; we had a lovely, big balcony; the kitchen in the room didn't have any tools, not even cups; they cleaned every 1-2 days; fresh sheets were provided once for the 8 night stay; the air-conditioning was working...

Nice all inclusive hotel, love the food and the location to the beach with private part of it. The kids programs are very entertaining and enthusiastic. If i can go back I'll definitely go there.

Amazing hotel and beach-front location, with super-friendly pool-side bar and entertainment staff. Pool facilities and room were great also. Food was fairly average and had a negative experience with the reception staff who bizarrely tried to charge for a damaged room towel that wasn't even ours. Great place overall though.

Hotel nice and clean, great location with it being on the beach. 30 min stroll to the nearest town which is nice. Staff are a little hit and miss in terms of service, and the sunbed situation is a bit ridiculous. Seems the ratio of guests to pool size is off. We're on our third day and haven't yet secured a sunbed by the pool. Luckily there are beds available at the beach so not all hope is lost....

Great cuisine and service. The stuff is friendly and always there to help. However the hotel itself is not well maintained. It requires fresh paint, new furniture and a lot of repairs. The boardwalk in the hotel is falling apart, I personally requested it to be fixed but they changed only half of the broken pieces, the elevators and bathrooms look centuries old.

Everything was amazing. The beach is very close and clean. We have a large apartment with sea view with all we need for ours vacation. It is a quiet place with a lot of kids and cute dogs. This place is pet friendly.

Very Poor Service. This is an expensive restaurant, and for the prices one shall expect excellent service. Instead the personnel was very unwelcoming (we've never heard "please"), they didn't know what the dishes contain, and used aggressive language. Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time. When we arrived we had no place to park the car, the parking issue is big. The view from the balcony is horrific, there is no kitchen. The food is really tho, and the pool is big and free with a children`s place and a lifeguard.

Very good location. The hotel 🏨 has a large beautiful garden 🪴 with many swings and a hammock for relaxation . Two minutes from a great beach 🏝️ with wonderful sand . The hotel is located on the second line, 200 meters from the sea. The beach is a little low and you will need to climb a hill.
