Excellent place☺️! They upgraded our rooms for no reason and made us feel really welcome. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. The art pieces around the palace are also amazing. ☺️

You have all the facilities you need. Unfortunately there was no iron or hair dryer at the room. The staff is nice and friendly. It's near by the sea and there are shops and restaurants nearby

An extraordinary place, quiet, beautiful, clean rooms, very helpful personnel, close to the beach, great view from the belvedere (we could see the sun shine every morning)

The hotel is in a great location - right on the main road and found it extremely easy. It is not very close to the beach but it takes about 10 minutes to get to Butamaya beach

Our room was spacious and had great views of the sea, but the table on the terrace was broken, and the bathroom had a strange foil on the floor that was peeling

We had a very nice time clean and quiet appartement. Close to the center and the beach.

Very cozy and green place. There are several benches on the great green yard. It's a small, clean and tidy place. All you need for a great week at the beach.

The best food in the village! The staff is literally flying. Everything in the order was on time. The food was very delicious. It is better to have reservation as the place gets full in the evenings.

Room is very spacious, breakfast was OK, offering set menu of 5 options, great for families, staff were very friendly, check-in took less than 3 minutes. Restaurant offers wide varieties.

A great place for vacation, with family or with friends. You have rooms (from 2 to 6 people) with good isolation. The pool is great: clean, has different levels and is big enough. This hotel has bar and great kitchen

The swimming pool in the middle creates a cool atmosphere inside the hotel's territory. Our host Zoia is a wonderful person, who makes our vacation more special. It's my 4-th time staying here, and it's not the last time

We only stayed at hotel Anchor for one night but will be back for sure! The hostess was kind and welcoming, it was peaceful and close to the beach/forest. In the morning we had an amazing breakfast with good coffee

And Hotel Anchor is the best place to get to know Sinemorets from it's best part. The staff is great, helpful and understanding. The hotel is isolated, and has it's own soul

It's quite and green. The Veleka beach is close. Rooms are bright and clean, but is not 5 star hotel. You will miss some nice things, but the owner is very helpful and will try assist.

Very nice villa with clean rooms and very friendly hosts. Wi-Fi and TV are present and included. It's also very quiet and is facing the woods/nature.

There are lots of stairs to climb to 3rd floor and no one offers help. The good thing is that we were able to park in front of the house, and the house is facing the forest, so it is very quiet

The host is very friendly but his wife - not so much. Water pressure on the 3rd floor was very poor, and the shower was more like a mist. There was no ventilation in the bathroom

I was welcomed very warm and friendly. The room was clean and big enough. I had instant coffee left for me. There was places to park and the villa was very near to the main street.

Wonderful sea views and great location near the high street and great beaches. I loved the balconies and that each floor/bedroom had its own bathroom - made it great for sharing an apartment with friends

I have spent my last 3 summers in Sinemorets but only discovered this place this year

The location is very good: the beach is very close to the hotel, the view of the sea from the rooms is pleasing to the eye

Balcony with fantastic sea view - Beach is just a 10 min walk away - cute pool with good number of sun-loungers. Location is quite in the middle of nowhere, a car is a must

And you can speak about the beach only in high words- it is close to the hotel, the sand is excellent, the cafes, umbrellas and sun loungers are nearby. And the rocks on both sides give a special color to the beach

In a word – it is a magic! During our visit (mid-June) the hotel was quiet, few people. The host was very helpful and welcoming and answered all our needs. And a big plus was an underground garage for parking

Everything is very well-groomed, as if the hairdresser worked with his tools, thank you. We cooked ourselves, for this we had everything we needed, just like at home. Both for adults and for children

We were lucky enough to spend the two unforgettable weeks in this wonderful hotel in June 2023 in a two-room suite with a kitchen! The decoration of the room is excellent and modern

Good room, decent breakfast, private parking, 160 bgn for 2 nights.

The food menu and execution are lacking. But otherwise a nice and relaxing place. Has a parking (which is a lawn - it is not asphalted and is steep at one end), a pool and children's playground.

Great place in particiular if you consider the price per night. Only downside is they do not speak no english at all. But since they care about you, comunication works out fine anyway

The only minus was that at the back of the hotel someone started building bungalows which ruins the view and there were two boxers barking all night/morning long making it impossible to sleep with an open window

We have visited this hotel for the second time. The owner of the hotel was exceptionally polite and nice, accommodated us on a very short notice. We liked it and stayed an extra two nights

Loved the place! We stayed in a studio flat with amazing view. The studio was nice, the staff very friendly. One downside - no wifi on the top floor.

Lovely apartment with a lovely view. Slightly lacking in basic things such as no knives, no corkscrew, no hairdryer or toaster. Only a few minutes walk from the centre and the beach

Rooms are spacious and we got a partial view to the sea. The hotel is a bit run down, but I think it is relatively worth for the price. It is walking distance to Butamyata beach, and about 30 min to Veleka river

Lovely hotel overseeing the sea. It's reasonably priced and well maintained. The only downside is getting there - there is not even a proper street ...so plenty of dust/mud.

Our room had small fridge, party grill for sandwiches and washing/cleaning supplies
