On arrival was promised breakfast was included in the price, but in the morning was told none available. Hosts generally unfriendly. Minimal amount of toilet paper etc. in the room, shower room/wc very small and in a poor state with most fittings broken. Very poor lighting in room, bed sheet too small and kept coming away from mattress, and rest of room very basic. Restaurant is expensive, and food at best of only average quality. Parking very limited, and little extra available on narrow road leading to hotel. My advice is don't go there, but if you do, then look before you book, or book one night only and then decide if you wish to stay longer.

Cash only so be ready when you come here. Room was clean and confortable. Restaurant is pretty good and the view is great. The bathroom could use a shower sheet and the shelve above the sink replaced by something more convenient and less dated.

Great place on the heights where the road ends. Incredible view and atmosphere from the Hat House.

Very cozy hotel with excellent tavern and unique view to the valley of Gotse Delchev and the town itself.

Room was nice with double bed. Building is 100 years old with nice view. Unfortunately the restaurant was not welcoming. Maybe because there was a big soccer game on and the staff were sitting and watching it. The food was good but our dinner was $48 lev for 1 soup, 1 pork chop, and 4 rakia
