We did not had the chance to visit the house cause we stayed in another hotel in Ognyanovo village. :) Definitely Delchevo is a must visit place if you are close to Gotse Delchev. Small place and great for a walk. Up in the mountain- about 5km far from Gotse. Wonderful views and close to the nature. Very beautiful place ! Unique beauty and incredible nature! These are the nicest houses in the area! It has a unique view! The owners are the most polite and cool Bulgarians I have met recently. Unique attitude, these are great people! I strongly recommend visiting this place in these houses! You will create incredible memories!

Good place to rest, with delicious food

Perfect for a large group of friends! Very cozy and clean. Heating is through this big fire place in the common room, water is individually heated for each room. WC and shower in every room for a rather low price...what more is there to ask for :)

Good view, sunny terrace, fast service

Cash only so be ready when you come here. Room was clean and confortable. Restaurant is pretty good and the view is great. The bathroom could use a shower sheet and the shelve above the sink replaced by something more convenient and less dated.

Room was nice with double bed. Building is 100 years old with nice view. Unfortunately the restaurant was not welcoming. Maybe because there was a big soccer game on and the staff were sitting and watching it. The food was good but our dinner was $48 lev for 1 soup, 1 pork chop, and 4 rakia

Another absolute gem of a place with a wonderful history. The building dates from 1847 and was the first building in what has since developed into a very nice town, and the hotel is still furnished in period furnishings. amazing and quiet place to relax

Good look of the place, the food was fine, but we had to wait so long ... And the food was not even hot when it arrived but almost cold instead.

The hotel is generally OK. But there was no hot water in the shower all the time. The restaurant doesn't work. The staff is not too polite and helpful. It is relatively cheap, so maybe is a good value for that price

One of the top three location for wedding parties in the neighbourhood, occasionally working as a hotel (mostly as a rent-for-an-hour rooms, if you know what I mean). Has a pool which is rarely used / cleaned. The decorations for wedding parties are great, service is good but the prices are rigged and there are many hidden prices in the offer. Quite spacious and with great location and a lot of parking...

Good hotel and great food. Nice staff. Busy with events and functions which mean hotel customers sometimes are impacted and kept awake until very late.

The house itself is quite new and clean. The breakfast was delicious and home made. Most of all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything, the SPA was open pretty much 24/7 contrary to most hotels where they close in the evening. On top of that the price per night was also quite low. Would recommend this place definitely to most people

Wonderful place to be with the loved ones.. and perhaps by your own. You have the privacy and yet, the sense that someone cares for you. Clean, neat and tidy with a SPA center, where you come from brand new.

The room was large, the food was delicious. I am disappointed to say the least in the level of service, however. Professionalism goes a long way, and while the staff is friendly, professional and punctual they were not.

Quiet and pleasant place. Clean rooms, helpful people, beautiful flowers, fresh grass... I'd vote with five stars, but the water in the pool isn't mineral.

We were guests of the hotel and restaurant during the Easter holidays and were charmed by the friendly and kind attitude of the owners. Our room was nice and clean, and the food in the restaurant was delicious and affordable. All this contributed to a wonderful holiday. We would love to come back again!

Very kind and responsive hosts, clean and cozy. Spacious and bright rooms and wide terraces. And in the garden it is green and cool. They cook deliciously and the portions are huge, and the prices are normal.

The hosts are very hospitable, the food is healthy, it is located in the center, it is cozy. The Internet connection is very weak ..... or almost non-existent. We will come again!

Very comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed for a prefect relaxed stay - starting with kitchen and barbecue appliances and finishing with the soft and hard drinks and snacks we had access too. The hosts are kind and gave us great advices about what to do and where to go. The only regret was that the spacious pool running on natural warm spring's water is open only from May till end of October...

Excellent value for money. SPA with warm mineral water. Pool with somewhat low ceiling but fine if you do not mind that. Large restaurant with good food a la carte - no extravagance on the menu but all or most items seem to be available at reasonable prices. Good for a family getaway from the city.

The service is great, the food is great too. The internet connection is poor or it is not working during the whole stay. There are some minor cons in the room and bathroom. Breaked toilet desk, some ants in the room. The overal experience was good enough.

It was magical! Perfect facilities, perfect staff, everything was great! Strongly recommend it for families with kids. Our kinds loved the place :) We will definately be back!

The restaurant is really good. The food is tasty and a good value for money. Breakfast is included and is very good. However the bathroom was unadequate at best. If you don't slip on the fancy floor you can electrify yourself turning the shower on, because it is pointing straight to the built in hairdryer. If you miss that opportunity as well you can injure yourself using the bathtub that isn't attached...
