Cash only so be ready when you come here. Room was clean and confortable. Restaurant is pretty good and the view is great. The bathroom could use a shower sheet and the shelve above the sink replaced by something more convenient and less dated.

This very well decorated restaurant is amazing, great food choices, with wonderful friendly waiters and not too expensive at all. However, it's not wheelchair accessible and have to go down the stairs, to get to the toilets, but has no disabled toilet. It's not too far from it's monastery too, and should not be missed. Definitely do recommend.

The staff, Antoan and his brother, and so friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable, clean bathroom and good wifi connection. Nice with hangers and hooks in the room for belongings. However, it would have been good with a shower curtain to not make everything wet in the bathroom.

Great hotel with a great location and panoramic views of the city. Everything is clean and well maintained. The hosts are very kind and always online. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. The rooms are pretty small and most of the time you can hear the wind blowing in the corridor. When someone else opens the door of his rooms, our rooms door was moving everytime. Other than that it was ok.

The hotel is relatively new, clean, well maintained. Staff extremely friendly. The cuisine in the restaurant, tasty and well prepared. Our room had a view of Dospat Dam. We really liked it, we would do it again for sure.

The hotel itself is lovely with beautiful rooms and a unique location. The hygiene in the rooms could be improved. For 4 nights they did not change our bed linen. The breakfast is good, but the all-you-can-eat food is of very low quality and at very high prices. The staff is polite and helpful. Beautiful hotel, a little further out from the Gondola but the shuttle bus service is spot on. It’s a short which is actually quite nice on the legs after a full day of skiing.. Staff are super friendly, Spa is beautiful - worth going for the Spa alone! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was good It was pretty good. On the upside, The room was clean, the staff was nice and responsive, the view from the window was great, there was a pool and a jacuzzi which were good.
