I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally. Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute.

Hotel is renovated and rooms are comfortable. Spa is quite good, especially the big jacuzzi outside. Massage is excellent and professional. Breakfast is terrible, and very basic. Some badly dried eggs, some salad which feels more like plastic, and some fried bacon.. We also had a dinner, and food had no taste. It's not perfect, but it's good. Bathrooms appear quite clean, the rooms are also generally neat, but not spotless. Restaurant hygiene I am unsure about. Staff is friendly and very respectful.

Amazing hotel. Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want . The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can. I know that I will come back here for sure .

A beautiful, clean, cozy, comfortable and well located hotel with amazing hospitality and staff! Human attitude towards our small dog!!! Highly recommend and will be back!

Pretty nice hotel, not very far from the ski resort, very nice employees, but 100euro/night pretty to much for the room, I'd stay in much better conditions at this money, the room is very basic, safe is not working, the bed and courtains are from 1990, and the list goe's on...

Hotel in old city Bansko smol streets decorate very nice but with out children room too much noise around of the Hotel.

The hotel in general is high value for a very affordable price: nice SPA centre, with the best Hamman I know so far, good airco, 24 hours reception, variated and complete breakfast, free parking space nearby. Good location away from the big noise and yet close to the centre (walking distance). Very helpful and friendly staff, they all speak well English.

Amazing value for money! Great location, right in front of a big park and a few minutes walk from the center. Big comfortable rooms with everything needed. Breakfast and dinner were great. Spa is decent with a small heated pool, big sauna and steam bath. It needs a bit of renovation though. There is a nice child's area. Overall the hotel is a perfect place for a cheap getaway with the children.

Rooms definitely some upgrade. Friendly stuff at the reception, but not so at lobby bar. Breakfast was nice as was the SPA!

It was a wonderful experience! I couldn’t believe how good the food was! The saunas and the spa worked perfectly! Everything for an excellent price! I definitely recommend!

We only stayed there for one night with our children(15 yo and 10 yo). The room was spacious. They each slept in an armchair bed and I can say the king bed was really big. I give 4 stars because at the bathroom the bathroom faucet was a little bit broken and the furniture seems outdated. In the morning the breakfast was okish...except the coffee. It was just like the ones you take from those tired...

Refurbished apartments and a fantastic wellness centre. An absolutely lovely stay

Wonderfully refreshed apartments and pool. The sun was shining and the National Park was breathtaking. The hotel/ apartment was first class and looks great after clear investment. Hotel was busy, but plenty of space to sun worship or take a dip in one of its several pools. Staff on the ball and nice and clear. I recommend a stay or two

After reading the reviews on trip advisor I was worried about the trip that I had planned to Razlog, but I was really impressed when I arrived. We spent a lot of time at the casino. It is the biggest in bansko but much smaller than international casinos you might be used to. Great that they have a separate smoking casino but the doors remain open so you can smell smoke in the non smoking side too. Its a very good place for stay at a decent price. Staff is friendly and welcomed. Water in the poll is warm. Maybe 30 degree. I was rhere with my family for ski. Kids liked the place a lot. The rooms were clean and warm. I recommend the place with both of my hands.
