I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally. Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute.

Hotel is renovated and rooms are comfortable. Spa is quite good, especially the big jacuzzi outside. Massage is excellent and professional. Breakfast is terrible, and very basic. Some badly dried eggs, some salad which feels more like plastic, and some fried bacon.. We also had a dinner, and food had no taste. It's not perfect, but it's good. Bathrooms appear quite clean, the rooms are also generally neat, but not spotless. Restaurant hygiene I am unsure about. Staff is friendly and very respectful.

Amazing hotel. Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want . The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can. I know that I will come back here for sure .

Our family stayed there for a week. We had booked an apartment with a king bed and a pullout sofa. Excellent location and service, but needs renovation. No air conditioning, problem with the door and we changed the room. Nice swimming pool and spa, and beautiful interior design. Bansko is known ski sesort, but is very attractive and beautiful during the summer as well.

The hotel is awesome! Nice crew, nice bar and very kind service. They have awesome breakfast and dinner, they have a sauna and a pool. Also you can pay a bit for ping pong or billiard

The hotel is lovely, the pool is amazing, the spa is quite and absolutely enough to have a pleasant stay !:)) As well is close to the old city of Bansko ! Definitely recommend !
