The restaurant is very popular and crowded at lunch hours. All the smell from the kitchen goes at the upper floor because of lack of fresh air. Serving is OK, some waiters know English. The food is regular, as a the prices. I only tried the restaurant, but they also have a hotel.

I have just come back from visiting this beautiful house. It's set in a fairytale like village. The owners are very friendly and helpful and I had the small house all to myself. The dogs are adorable and lovely to have around, they are fun and friendly. I already want to go back and highly recommend it!

Bozhentsi is a beautiful mountain village with authentic spirit and beautiful nature. The village does not have many amenities in the modern world, but offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Not a bad hotel with helpful staff, the surprise was in the morning set menu the sandwiches with yellow cheese and ham were lightly baked only on top without adding butter or margarine and the slices were raw. A very calm place for relaxation and a weekend family holiday. No air conditioning though, hence the missing star. By European standards it is very cheap.

Definitely doesn't deserve the 4 stars which stand under the sign. Even after the pandemic and being closed for several months, the place was poorly maintained. Quiet, cozy, peaceful, you can see roofs, small gardens, forest, the old part of the city - where is it, 3 minutes' walk away. Rest. Silence. Flowers on the terrace. Offers massages, fitness.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location. There are parking spaces. It is close to the center. We did 6 nights with our two children and we are satisfied. Thanks to the hotel host for helping me when I had serious car problems. I recommend.

One of the nicest hotels i've stayed at. The owner is very polite and helpful. She also handles the impressive art gallery at the basement and first floor and she is doing an incredible job. Place feels like outside the town but still a short walking distance to central area. Quiet and clean. Cooking facilities. Very friendly hosts. Definitely good value for money.

This is honestly the best spa hotel we've been to in Bulgaria. The pool, the saunas and steam room, the delicious food in the restaurants, the garden, the view, the impeccably designed rooms, the excellent service.. I could go on and on but one must really visit the place to soak it in and see what I'm talking about. It was worth every penny. Can't wait to visit it again with the wife and son.
