We stayed at this hotel for one night. The guest was very nice and helpful. This place it is from walking distance from center. We had a really nice breakfast in the morning. I would give a minus fro the "old" smell from the rooms and the mattress was really soft (I think they are quite old). It is a fair price for what they offer.

A very nice, children friendly and comfortable hotel. Went there for one night, as a couple with a 6 months old baby. Booked on short notice at around noon a double luxury room (70Lv) with breakfast and immediately got offered a child travel bed at the reception. Not a bad hotel with helpful staff, the surprise was in the morning set menu the sandwiches with yellow cheese and ham were lightly baked only on top without adding butter or margarine and the slices were raw. A very calm place for relaxation and a weekend family holiday. No air conditioning though, hence the missing star. By European standards it is very cheap.

Top location, walking distance to all attractions. Our group visited during the very busy period when the Marathon was on and still managed to find parking, although it is on-street parking. First off Tryavna is a beautiful, real town well worth worth visiting and worthy of 2-3 days with lovely bars n restaurants to hang out in between wanders in the surrounding countryside - for somewhere to stay you couldn’t do better that Hotel Compliment. I loved this place. Very affordable and well-located. The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff was really helpful when needed. The beds were comfortable, and there was an amazing view of the town greeting you every morning. Definitely would stay there again when visiting Tryavna. ⛰️

Love this place. Very well located in the heart of the old town. The place is spotless and well decorated. Mattresses are very comfy. Extremely helpful stuff. There is no restaurant on premises but few, serving delicious food, are right around the corner.

This is a very calm and beautiful place, overlooking the whole Tryavna! The air is super fresh, and there are pine trees all around. You can have a very quiet and relaxing time, the food in the restaurant is fresh and good quality, and the staff is welcoming. The only minus I would say is that the building is itself a little bit old, and could use renovation.

What can I say? If you want to enjoy well-prepared traditional Bulgarian cuisine and the breath-taking view of Tryavna - this is the place to go!

The yard is unique, there are two large trampolines, hammocks, lounge chairs, swings, a slide, many different children's toys, etc. The staff is very good and responsive. Rooms are tidy, clean and smell amazing. There is a place to park a car. Great location, close to the center and to the garlic tower.

We had to pay extra for bathrobes and towels (they were not included in the price—€3.50 each). They only filled the jacuzzi after we left, and the pool was too small for the hotel's capacity.

So the food wasn’t really good the steak was dry and they had only two desserts from all of them,the rooms were nice ,and the staff was polite.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel itself is located in a parched and features spacious rooms, clean and bright; the personnel is attentive and helpful! The restaurant serves delicious meals in large portions. Plenty of things to see at a stone throw distance ! Worth every penny!

The outside pool is just perfect. The fee for an adult is 8 lv. through the week. The snack bar is delicious and not pricey. The only thing that can be better is the toilet, it needs a good cleaning. I’m very happy with the overall pool experience.

Nice receptionist, very good room. The sauna is great and the inside pool too. Everything is clean and well maintained. The price is very reasonable. I only wish the outdoor pool worked in the winter season. Breakfast is not bad but not exceptional. Didn’t try the restaurant as it seemed very overpriced. If you’d like a more private experience definitely go during the workdays - weekends are overcrowded

It is easy to find this Hotel. It is good for Traveler by bicycle. I stayed here 40 Liv. I like smal town. This town is good for me.

Would recommend it for staying as it's just across the city museum! You can order breakfast ahead, the room was clean, and the personnel was welcoming. There's parking though it's a bit hard to enter with a bigger car.

Excellent on all levels. Fast wifi, Wonderful but small and cosy rooms and maintained well ..accept for one small thibg: the shower head clamp which was broken and I, 1.91 m tall, wasn’t able to set it at a comfortable height. Nevertheless 5 stars from us. The staff was nice and helpful and also spoke English. We will be back.

Wow wow wow .. this place is AMAZING. For that little town this is some next level hotel .. they've got some rooms that are unique to any hotel in Bulgaria. We were in the romantic room where you can find a all round bad in a huge room with a massage shower in the f....k room !! Which is like a go to for a Romantic or honeymoon room. Definitely go there if you are in the region !!

This is a great place to stay if you're here for vacation. Although the room is not too big, the facilities are all in great condition. Also the staff are friendly and fluent in English, especially the girl who was on day shift of 09-Jun-2019. I think her name is Gabri? If possible, I'd like to thank her for the kindness and patience she showed, and all the help she offered!

Very good location and a guest parking with access control. I was presently surprised by the size of the room! Everything I'd need was available, a large working space, a meeting table, a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also generous of space and it included a bidet. This hotel offers well equipped, clean, spacious rooms. It is centrally located but conveniently positioned in a quiet street. It is at a walking distance from the Historical Museum “Iskra” and the Rose Garden. They offer free car parking just few metres from the same hotel. Very clean, very quiet, very good and large doublebed, very good breakfast! We reach the hotel on a saturday, late in the evening, we found a free room and we managed to eat in the hotel restaurant at 21.30.

Bad luck, when we arrived at the hotel, all streets around were in work. Even the place is quiet, the view around was not very pleasant. Rooms are clean. Our bathroom was freshly painted and renewed and it was top. But the furniture are somewhat tired and outdated. Excellent location in the city center, just 5-10 minutes walk from the bus and train station. The owners are very nice people, they treated me like a family member, and they helped me with everything. The hotel has a beautiful rose garden and a perfect view on the main square, so I could enjoy the folklore dance competition from the terrace of the hotel. A memory, which I will never forget :)

This is a cozy hotel in the center of Kanzalak city. The room was well equiped and very clean. I was pleased to find in my room a free bottle of wine at my arrival. We had a birthday party in hotel's restaurant. The servers were nice, spoke english, food was tasty and smoking area nearby was useful as well. Stayed at this hotel for 1 night on the way to Greece in August 2021. The hotel is new, cozy, clean, quiet, peaceful. The rooms are very spacious with large beds and freshly refurbished. The rooms have everything you need - cosmetics, slippers, bathrobes, a bar. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit modest compared to the number of rooms, but ample.
