The service in the restaurant was slow, but the portions were large and quite tasty. The restaurant also closed half an hour earlier than advertised, and we were hoping to get something to eat. The sauna was also cold in the evening, so they turned it off even though it was still an hour before closing. Maybe there aren't such issues on weekends, but we were there on a weekday. Had a fantastic T-bone steak in the restaurant tonight. The bread for starters was warm, fresh and delicious. A great menu and each dish perfectly presented and full of flavour. A lovely place to treat yourself to dinner.

A wonderful location near the Maritsa River and a centuries-old pedestrian bridge. The rooms are spacious, modern and luxuriously furnished. The spa center is on a high level. Real relaxation and tranquility. Thanks to the staff for the kind service.

A good hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, nice view over the city, excellent location in Haskovo, nice staff. We stayed in a room for 3, it was large and comfy. We recommend the English breakfast.

Clean rooms and located in quite place near the city center but lacks of so many things such as minibar, hair drying machine. Staffs can’t speak english and are so rude ( except one, the turkish women ). Check in and out hours so sucks. Hotel isn’t open for 24 hours.

Good hotel at the border, i had good view and it was very cheap for me, the area has casinos and supermarkets and river in walking distance. everything in Bulgaria is super cheap for westerners i remember the reception smiling when i pay for 2 weeks for the amount of money i would get 2 days hotel in western Europe for the same room quality🤣

Simple hotel, but clean. We stayed only one night and arrived late, so reception was waiting, there is parking available within security cameras field, so safe to leave a car. Rooms are reasonable, not too big, but also not small. Comfortable bed. All good.

coming from Greece and wanting to eat we toped on the way at this restaurant and had a very nice surprise. we ordered veal shrimp and some veggie plate. all were tasty, delicious and portions were decent. well plated as well as decently priced. the interior is a little old (and i do not mean that is old fashioned...) and is looking such... the service was prompt and the money spent were not a lot...

Stayed here for a night while traveling in south of Bulgaria. The hotel is very close to centre with its own parking which is good. The rooms themselves are old including the bathroom but clean. However, bed was not that comfortable and the heating was too loud in the night. Breakfast was by menu and it was acceptable. Service in general was ok but again barely. So to summarize it is fine for a day...

Love it! It's a great stopover on the way to Greece. It is clean, cozy and spacious. My room (no2) was spotless, furniture and everything in the room was new. The restaurant was closed, but they were preparing it for opening this Friday. The pool will be opened on June 1st. I shall stay again here. I highly recommend it.

Room was nice and large, very big bed, I slept well. It was clean. The food didn't impress me, but it was ok. Too bad they open the kitchen at 11am, so you can't have a breakfast at all. Good for a 1 night transit sleep. Just avoid the weekends, there is a disco there 😊
