Clean rooms and located in quite place near the city center but lacks of so many things such as minibar, hair drying machine. Staffs can’t speak english and are so rude ( except one, the turkish women ). Check in and out hours so sucks. Hotel isn’t open for 24 hours.

Very bad impression of the hotel.
There is no way to pay by card, only cash. Separately, they were forced to pay for parking, although when booking on the Booking website it was indicated that there was free parking.
The room has a sewer smell.
The pluses are comfortable beds and a decent breakfast, albeit a small selection.

Large, clean room. The girls at the front desk are great. Cleanliness and service without remarks. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We will visit it again!

Rooms and bathrooms are the perfect size. A clean and comfortable hotel in the center of the city. However, it was a little difficult to find the door, since we do not know the Cyrillic alphabet and it is not written in English on the door. The reception is on the top floor. The breakfast is good, there is a cafe bar and restaurant downstairs.
