Merit Grand Mosta Casino & SPA Resort in Svilengrad

The best five-star hotel in eastern Bulgaria! Luxurious spa, good breakfast, and clean rooms. Highly recommended.

The service in the restaurant was slow, but the portions were large and quite tasty. The restaurant also closed half an hour earlier than advertised, and we were hoping to get something to eat. The sauna was also cold in the evening, so they turned it off even though it was still an hour before closing. Maybe there aren't such issues on weekends, but we were there on a weekday. The spa center overall has a beautiful design, and I also liked the pool, which was also beautiful. I also went for a Balinese massage, and it was incredibly bad. I'm not picky about massages, but this was really bad. A person who doesn't do massages at all will do it better. There are good waiters in the casino, and there are incredibly bad ones, with a bad attitude and they don’t know English at all. I was left with both good and bad impressions. But I think this is the best hotel in Svilengrad; the others are even worse.

I am not yet come here, but hopefully in the future I can come and stay at this wonderful hotel with my family. I hope I can get good service during my stay here. Thank you greetings from Indonesia.

Had a fantastic T-bone steak in the restaurant tonight. The bread for starters was warm, fresh and delicious. A great menu and each dish perfectly presented and full of flavour. A lovely place to treat yourself to dinner.

A wonderful location near the Maritsa River and a centuries-old pedestrian bridge. The rooms are spacious, modern and luxuriously furnished. The spa center is on a high level. Real relaxation and tranquility. Thanks to the staff for the kind service.
