Hidden in the woods, very cozy place. The food was great, the staff is really nice and welcoming!

We had our conference retreat in this place and it was amazing. The staff did a great job with food and all the rest, highly recommended

Beautiful hotel, exceptional view, AMAZING staff.. it was indeed hard to say goodbye, left with promises of coming back, feels like we made friends in Panichishte (also with the litter of cats and kittens there😻) The sauna was cozy and functional, they also have spa spaces. Breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians.

The crew was lovely, was keen to help with anything and the price was super fair compared to what you get - a great room with an amazing view. The meals were good and fair priced.

Lovely little place for the price. Beds are comfy enough, rooms have a lovely view and the staff are very friendly. The quality of the food on offer is quite good and we didn't order anything during our stay that we were unhappy with. The breakfast menu is somewhat limited though offering what is essentially four different types of Sandwich. For the room: The bathroom is quite small and its configuration...

Hotel Panorama is the discovery of the year for me - a wonderful place very near the 7 Rila Lakes and the Skakavitsa Lodge and waterfall. We arrived around 6pm and the receptionist Nikoleta greeted us like family and explained everything you need to know and beyond!
