RiLa 6ato Hotel & Spa in Panichishte

Did not meet the expectations for a 3-star hotel. It’s full of 1-star hotels in the area that are comparable.
Aside from that there are construction activities right next to the hotel that generate a lot of noise. They decided to expand the venue with new huts around it, without closing the place or even warning their guests about this inconvenience.

The view was amazing, staff was relatively nice. Prices were little too high. There was a party going on I suppose in a restaurant or smth near the "hotel". There was loud music until 01:30 in the morning! You can hear other guests talking even at closed doors. Breakfast:
2 slices of fried bread. With few slices cucumbers and tomatoes. 🍅 Bathroom was OK. No air conditioning. Yes, the weather is relatively mild. But not always and not having any kind of air conditioning, or at least some sort of electric fan to move the air... is pretty bad experience if you ask me. For 70BGN but sorry I'm not rich enough. :D to allow myself to spend more money on place like this. I would assess it as 3 stars 🌟 but in order to balance the overall assessment I give 1.

My first site of the hotel included grass overgrowing on the parking.
As we went on the impression that everything was left on its own grew - cigarette holes on the table cloths, overpriced food (not freshly made), spa had to be paid additionally. Double rooms were tiny with round beds which were uncomfortable in my opinion.
As an advantage I would say the rooms were really warm and the staff was friendly. Pricing has to be cut down by at least 40-50 % for the place to be worth a visit for budget holiday makers. Bendida hotel is cheaper yet cozier and food is way-way better. If you're looking for a good stay Bendida hotel is better.

The night before our departure a hotel had a celebration in their restaurant. Loud music went on until 4:30 in the morning. Receptionist does not speak English, only words MUSIC-STOP-POLICE worked on her. Drunk guests were smoking on all floors, we had to put a moist towel under our door so we could at least breathe normally. 4 times drunk people were trying to break into our room. In the morning we were greeted with a condemning and disgruntled face of the receptionist lady. 2 pieces of a fried bread for breakfast, "YUMMY-HEALTHY". Hungry and exhausted from this beautiful night we had to hit the road and drive all day, thank you very much... It seems like such parties are a regular thing in this hotel (as we found out from the reviews on google later). So if you're looking for a comfy bed, a good night sleep and a tasty breakfast, better choose different place, there were plenty nice hotels around!

Our room was eye-killing pink color and sickening sachet smell.
Both beds had sagging mattresses.
