Park Hotel Troyan in Troyan

The hotel is at an amazing location with nature surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful unlike how it could be in the city sometimes. There is free parking which is a huge advantage these days as you’d rarely find any for free. The staff is friendly, easy-going and helpful The food is tasty with good portions and they offer quite a variety of things all at pretty good prices compared to most places i’ve been to. The interior and exterior of the hotel is very well set, the whole place is very spacious and nicely put. They offer a spa which looks very luxurious with an indoors pool, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, they also offer massage at an extremely reasonable price compared to any place i’ve ever been to. They also have a few outdoors pools and a jacuzzi as well as a bar and bavarians table which currently don’t work as it is winter but all look super well and I would definitely like to visit during the summer for them! The heating in the hotel is very good, it was warm for our whole stay at the place, I even felt myself overheat at some points which is a good thing I must say. I am overall very satisfied from our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to my friends and relatives, I don’t understand some of the other reviews left under this forum hence we had a great time and definitely would visit again!!!

Very good hotel (three stars) in beautiful area next to the small city of Troyan. Situated in the forest park near the city. The personal is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are good and mostly vast. The bathroom is somehow small and not very useful and is combined with toilet (where one star goes for the review). There are two pools: one inside and one outdoor.

Quiet and nice, placed on hill in the Park.
Roomy rooms, somewhat unmaintained, but it's okay.

We visit only for one day .
The staff really friendly.
Food delicious.
Room as well really good .
Its a probably not reallu busy place so peaceful expirians.
As not busy ill suspect that the rest of the reviews have a point .
But dont worry im sure the staff will be helpful if situation like the one before.
For me was great as i didnt want too much noice and didnt want to be in the city .
So that was the perect choice for me .

Good place

I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. I am pleased but there could be some improvements.
