The service consists of changing your towel and throwing away the trash bin, which is enough in most situations. The reception is not always helpful (that depend on the attendant on shift)

Very good hotel, with amazing restaurant Rooms are clean and comfortable, although there's no sockets near bed but a not that long extension cord. I can highly recommend it! Very good location!

The rooms are good for the price. The staff is friendly. The rooms are super clean. Breakfast is standard. There's also a restaurant on the 14th floor with a great view of the city.

Huge hotel easily accessible from the expressway with secure parking and 2 150kw charging posts in the parking. Rooms are ok, beds are very comfortable and breakfast is tasty. The personel is helpful and acomodating.

The hotel was supposed to be best in pleven but overall it was below average in terms of rooms. Reception and staff is very good. And these stars are only for this

Excellent hotel for a short stay, it is a 10 minute walk away from the nice city centre. The room was OK and the price was very good

The mini bar hadn't been cleaned in months and contained two bottles of rancid juice which might explain the strange smell in the room

It's comfortable place. The breakfast is excellent.

The shower was in the corner of the bathroom with no cubicle so you flooded the entire bathroom every time that you showered. Breakfast was tired with very little choice

Clean, cosy and cheap hotel in the heart of the city.

The bed was reasonably comfortable but this is offset by the fact that you can hear everything happening in neighbouring rooms and the hallway

All the lights were blindingly bright white, and with such a romantic idea - having a spacious bathroom and sauna - there was too much light everywhere - a dimmer would have been nice or better a softer yellow colour light or a side lamp (even the small lamps were bright white light)

We didn’t visit the restaurant and we didn’t choose the breakfast option as we were exhausted and wanted to sleep late, so the review will be only for the room. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful

The room was decent - loved the sauna (Norwegian style), they gave us the one on the ground floor right next to the hotel entrance. I would have, however, changed a few details to the room
