It is a very old hotel that has been significantly renovated.
The rooms look good but they are very small, a couple would be ok, but if you are with a child there is bearly any space for a crib.
The bed was comfortable.
There is a parking lot for customers but it is not big enough for the capacity of the hotel.

Not a 4-star-hotel for sure. Apart from things other reviews mention (no room for suitcase, elevator doesn't work sometimes, old, no special space for shower etc) the air-conditioning in our room and the toilet flush were leaking water and they didn't really care, they just told us "tomorrow the technical team is here"

Top service, great price for value, spacy rooms, communicative staff, good breakfast. Visited twice already, just because it's that good. A true 4 star hotel. Best possible location in the city - the very center. Everything is nearby. If you're new to the city, also check the history museum.
