Nice place, clean, tidy. There were some flaws, but overall I'm satisfied. The lack of an actively working restaurant is a drawback. The breakfast was very tasty, but there was no choice. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons.

This family hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the center. At the entrance, we can read Hotel Paradise (which is called Rai in Bulgarian). Very warm welcome despite the language gap. Efficient, clean, barebones bed and breakfast at a very low price of 30 BGN per night for a single person private room. The heating was very good in winter. The wifi worked just fine. The 5 minute walk to village center was ideal. Breakfast costs extra. I recommend skipping breakfast here and just head to a proper restaurant in the village center. The entrance is a bit confusing. A beautiful stay in a beautiful town. Where to start, some of the best hospitality i've had in Bulgaria! The rooms were clean and very comfortable along with the bathroom. I opted in for the breakfast which was a great choice, delicious! The family are incredibly nice and was a pleasure to meet them and provide their local insights to the area. A must if you are in town.

There is still place for improvement in terms of staff education. Overar everything was great gread, there is still place to park your car. Food was good enough.

Best trout an wild mushrooms I ever had! Mind you the fish soup sucks and desserts are limited to only pancakes and buffalo yogurt with wild berry jam. There's a tiny children's playground and a small pond. Inside parking accommodates 2 cars but there's extra spots outside the main gate. Fairly inexpensive, staff's friendly and responsive.

A nice hotel for 1-2 days stay. The rooms are big but lack some essentials like hair dryer, additional pillows, blankets, etc. The food is OK but with a limited choice too. Continental breakfast with good coffee. The internal pool is warm but small so no more than 10 people can be inside at the same time. Limited options for additional services from the spa center.

The rooms have enough space, the inner pool has warm water, the food in the restaurant was very delicious but the staff was very slowly. The hotel is in the heart of the mountains and you can have a deep sleep because of the fresh air. I recommend this place for a holiday or a teambuilding! Thank you.

We went 2 years ago - the food was bad, rooms were in poor condition - but the swimming pool was amazingly hot and we had a great time. Fast forward to today - food was amazing, rooms were not luxurious by any means but clean and renovated. Would have been awesome but the pool was much colder and uncomfortable than last time, also somewhat dirty and in need of repair. Kudos for fixing the weak points...

Nice hotel with wonderful thermal water! Beautifully decorated stairways and clean rooms. Simple interior decoration and partially shabby swimming pools - the walls of the indoor pool area didn't look great and the tiles of the outdoor pool were partially fallen out. There is a really nice ethno restaurant though and the thermal water and the relatively low price of the rooms make it all good! ;)

The how outside pool seems very nice for the winter time. The live music at the restaurant is not my thing, I prefer to be able to talk to and hear the people I am dining with. The inside pool was very clean. The biggest downside was the small(kids) pool was like 40 degrees Celsius or more. You can barely stay there more than 5 minutes and I doubt it's very safe for small kids. So not very kid friendly...

Food is a bit overpriced but overall good place for a swim

Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky....the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available...food in the restaurant nothing special. Not quiet at night.

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

It is set in a really nice and quiet region. The air you breath, you can feel its cleanness. The food is amazing. The service and the staff are also very kind and positive, always with a smile. The hotel also has an inside pool, which is a big plus. The corridors are clean and the rooms, too. You can just get carried away and lose yourself in there.

The hotel is very suitable for sport vacations as it offers very large sports base:Basketball, Football, Tennis and others. The rooms are very spacious and clean and there is great view from each side of the hotel. There is an eco path through the woods starting just in front of the hotel.

Great location in the mountain, far from any city noise. 10-15 minutes cab ride from the centre. The beds are huge and super comfortable, strong hot water, all rooms are with balconies with some amazing views to the mountain. Homemade dishes and breakfast convey a feeling of belonging to the family. Definitely worth a visit.

We were staying for 2 nights. I have never been to a SPA hotel before so it was ok. The indoor pool is very smal. The Sauna is leeking from the ceiling. Everything else was fine. I am not amazed but it wasn't a vad experience.

Everything is described as on the website, the only remarks we have were that the coffee machine at breakfast we didn't really liked. I loved the hotel. It's place is close to the center where you can visit different historical sites in Hisarya,Bulgaria. The food and beverages are so good and the staff are friendly, and pleasant. The spa centre is very good so the swimming pool.

The best thing about this hotel was the great location. Other than that it needs renovation. Pillows and towels were stained and old. The bathroom was okay but the faucets and the tub glass were not cleaned well. Because of the cafe downstairs the rooms that overlook the park are noisy and the staff doesn't bother to ask their clients to be more respectful after 10pm. Overall, I would look for better...

We loved our stay. Mark down as it appears that, since its new owner took over 14 years ago, there hasn't been a refurb. Space and food are great. Spa services too. We will be back.

I agree with the previous comments. I would definitely return to Thai hotel. SPA services are great and you have an abundance of options. Saunas are renovated and great. The steam room was not working. Interesting why no one was working on it to fix it!? The rooms were small and the floor was old but the furniture was new. The outdoor pool was very cold. Overall for a three star hotel it was great
