This is an amazing hotel full of people that actually care about your well being! The food there is made out of fresh products and you could tell how much hard work was put into this place! The location is outstanding - near the entrance of the city.

We have visited the restaurant. Everything was delicious. Service was fast. Location - not in the center, where everything was crowded, but in 3 minutes walking distance from the 'main' street.

Best trout an wild mushrooms I ever had! Mind you the fish soup sucks and desserts are limited to only pancakes and buffalo yogurt with wild berry jam. There's a tiny children's playground and a small pond. Inside parking accommodates 2 cars but there's extra spots outside the main gate. Fairly inexpensive, staff's friendly and responsive.

The rooms have enough space, the inner pool has warm water, the food in the restaurant was very delicious but the staff was very slowly. Nice hotel with wonderful thermal water! Beautifully decorated stairways and clean rooms. Simple interior decoration and partially shabby swimming pools - the walls of the indoor pool area didn't look great and the tiles of the outdoor pool were partially fallen out. There is a really nice ethno restaurant though and the thermal water and the relatively low price of the rooms make it all good! ;)

The how outside pool seems very nice for the winter time. The live music at the restaurant is not my thing, I prefer to be able to talk to and hear the people I am dining with. The inside pool was very clean. The biggest downside was the small(kids) pool was like 40 degrees Celsius or more. You can barely stay there more than 5 minutes and I doubt it's very safe for small kids. So not very kid friendly...

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

We stayed for couple of nights during the Christmas holidays. Everything was amazing - very friendly and professional service from everyone in the hotel. Definitely after the renovation, the hotel can compete with some of the leading brands for spa retreat in Bulgaria. Will be definitely coming back soon!

We stayed here for 5 days the employees are very friendly and you can see they are trying their best! Our welcoming was very nice! The rooms are nice but the cleaning service can be better. We had some bugs in the room and under the couch and between there were leftovers from chips not cleaned… the location is fine a smaller hotel on the other-side and if you walk right from the street a small shop...

This is a mountain resort that offers access to hot mineral spring pools, outdoors and indoors. Spa rooms, sauna, salt room, Turkish bath and several other amenities. We visited here from Manchester after visiting my mums grave in Vasilyovo in the morning and what a fantastic day we had! We had one of the white gazebos and had lots of food and drink, we rented a fishing rod so my husband could teach our daughters to fish and they caught a trout very quickly!! The staff were lovely despite the fact we speak no Bulgarian! We would love to come and stay another time...

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

Tha hotel needs modernization. The staff was nice. The spa center was good, there is a big swimming pool. But the small pools are too small and there aren't many sun chairs for such a big hotel. The room was old fashioned, there was a specific odour in the room and we found a cockroach, but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place in general with a good SPA and wonderful swimming pool (actual swimming). Unfortunately, poor bowling service. They refused our explicit and previous reservation with some made up excuses. And that happened TWICE for two nights. Almost ruined the experience and definitely ruined the mood.

My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at SPA hotel Hisar. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The spa facilities are excellent - especially the mineral pools and saunas. The location is great, surrounded by nature.

Breakfast is a bit shabby and the walls of the rooms are so thin that you can hear your neighbors taking their night pills, but nothing compares to the noises you can enjoy when your neighbors have a hard time having sex. Otherwise, if you can live with all this, the hotel is ultra-central located and looks pretty nice.

I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. The hosts were very accommodating and nice. There are two buildings and a common "pub" where one can grill. The rooms were alright and very clean, but I would definitely recommend to fix the bathroom showers. All in all, definitely a good location for big group celebrations.
