This is an amazing hotel full of people that actually care about your well being! The food there is made out of fresh products and you could tell how much hard work was put into this place! The location is outstanding - near the entrance of the city.

Nice place, clean, tidy. There were some flaws, but overall I'm satisfied. The lack of an actively working restaurant is a drawback. The breakfast was very tasty, but there was no choice. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons.

A nice hotel for 1-2 days stay. The rooms are big but lack some essentials like hair dryer, additional pillows, blankets, etc. The food is OK but with a limited choice too. Continental breakfast with good coffee. The internal pool is warm but small so no more than 10 people can be inside at the same time. Limited options for additional services from the spa center.

The rooms have enough space, the inner pool has warm water, the food in the restaurant was very delicious but the staff was very slowly. The hotel is in the heart of the mountains and you can have a deep sleep because of the fresh air. I recommend this place for a holiday or a teambuilding! Thank you.

Great place, unique nature and very friendly staff. We had a gastronomical discovers of a Bulgarian kitchen at that place. The forests around the hotel makes this place easy to breathe )) in one of the restaurants the best place is near a fireplace when it is cold outside. And of course nice Bulgarian wine and rakia ))

Clean and quiet place, suitable for a relaxing family holiday. The pool is clean and quite big. The restaurant is not that good though. The breakfast was really poor.

Hotel is in Chiflik village with open pool in which you can enjoy all night and watch the stars on the sky....the party starts around midnight with lots of alcohol and music. Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath also available...food in the restaurant nothing special. Not quiet at night.

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

A very nice pool with not that hot mineral water. There is another smaller pool with different sections ranging from cold to very hot water.

House "Elora" is a wonderful place! Everything is clean and extremely cozy, and the owner of the house is a unique person - very funny, hospitable and polite. We have just stayed here for a few days as a family from Manchester to visit my mums grave in Vasilyovo and we will definitely be back!! All of the staff were fantastic even though we don’t speak any Bulgarian they were all so nice to us from the minute we arrived. Breakfast was great and we had two evening meals that were absolutely lovely. Thanks everyone, see you next year!!

Good continental breakfast, friendly staff. They have parking places in front of the hotel. We only stayed for a night but it would be suitable for longer stays as well.

The hotel was very nice, our room was clean and the food at the restaurant was very delicious. The breakfast was amazing and the personnel at the restaurant were very friendly and polite.

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

Well, it socialiasm luxury with minor upgrades. Big hotel and lots of entertainments, good spa and pools. Service is less than average. Rooms are not big, but are clean and comfortable. I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

The beds and pillows were rather uncomfortable and I personally didn't like the room interior or the piles of mattresses and cleaning supplies in the narrow hallways. However, the service was excellent and the restaurant/pool area was very pleasant. The breakfast was also great.

The hotel is overall fine but the rooms are a bit worn-out. An unpleasant surprise was that the pool is open for everyone, it's not only for the hotel's guests. During the day the pool is full with people from outside the hotel and it gets really crowded and noisy. Not really a place where you can relax and enjoy.

Not many amenities in the room - no coffee and tea making facilities, no complimentary "Welcome" bottle of water. The hotel is at an amazing location with nature surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful unlike how it could be in the city sometimes. There is free parking which is a huge advantage these days as you’d rarely find any for free. I like the food it has very high quality. The staff is very mindful of the customers and the hotel takes great responsibility for former clients' mess. Their indoor pool is manageable, but could be better. We didnt get a chance to go to the indoor pool but they keep lovely hygiene for the outer area. The hosts were very accommodating and nice. There are two buildings and a common "pub" where one can grill. The rooms were alright and very clean, but I would definitely recommend to fix the bathroom showers. All in all, definitely a good location for big group celebrations.
