First room, that we were placed in, was absolute disaster!
Very dirty WC and bathroom, awful bed.
After we went to the reception, there was a lady with unbelievably bad manners.
Then a very nice guy resolved our problem, we paid more money and moved to a really decent room.
Don't go to the first three floors, ever!

Nice and clean overall, don't expect warm welcome as usual in Bulgaria. Super old small TV

Old communist style hotel. At his time maybe impressive, but now days it's more like dormitory. Can't say much for the rooms, but is well situated- max 15 mins of walk to the center- center of the city, about 5 mins to the central bus stations and not more then 10 to the train station.
