Excellent family owned hotel. Clean rooms, great staff, awesome breakfast!

It's a nice place, clean and close to the center. We went 2 consecutive years there for a small vacation. It is a nice and pleasant hotel.

It was an excellent experience.Everything was renovated, in excellent condition the whole building and first of all the most polite and helpfully staff!

I had great experience, nice balcony, dark but cozy ambience, lightning is nice. Bathroom was ok. Two wide beds. Place to eat. Tv was ok. Balcony had glass table. I ate on the table. Overall good experience.

The place is quiet, thats what i found good, its also clean. But balcony is connected as one and its way too high you can bearly see anything.

Very nice family hotel. It’s stylish environment and cost atmosphere contribute to a fulfilling experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean. If you need a place to stay, this hotel is my recommendation for you.

A surprise discovery. Nice lake, beautiful view on the edge of Stara Zagora Bathroom great, bed comfortable. Restaurants were very nice. Breakfast was tasty.

It could definitely benefit from better maintenance and some investment in renovations. With some improvements, it could offer a much more pleasant experience.

More or less good but it was obvious that I ve been put in a second class room. The buffet was good and the staff too.

The only issue is the breakfast starts quite late.

On the way to Greece we decided to spend the night in Stara Zagora. I found this hotel wonderful, the staff are very friendly. The hotel also has a spa but I only used the pool at no extra cost, access was included in the room rate. Large room with air conditioning, large comfortable bed, clean. The city center is approximately 7 minutes' walk from the hotel. I made a great choice at this hotel

Friendly and exceptionally clean hotel. I do appear to be the only guest here at the moment but to be fair I'm visiting at a quiet time of year.. late October. The facilities are great and there is still a full compliment of staff. Reception is manned 24 hours and the staff have a good level of languages. Good hotel. Average service. 15 minutes walk from centre. Free parking but bigger cars are challenged by extremely winding entrance.

What hotel City has going for it: the staff is very kind and supportive; the rooms were clean. What hotel City doesn't have going for it: there are a lot of small issues, that need fixing all over the hotel - leaky toilets, broken shower head holders, other bits and pieces; cleaning of the common areas seems non-existent - you go for breakfast and the restrooms in the restaurant are dirty, the bins...

Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Reception is nice but the hotel needs some major renovations. They obviously have mold issues and pipe problem. Majority of the rooms were in a slightly better condition than the one I stayed in. But never the less all had a really outdated ventilation systems. A very good choice. I personally live in the hotel for long term and it’s perfect. If you have a car the location is ideal as well with a huge parking lot.

Hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff is helpful. My only impression is that room furniture should be modernized. Also food could be a bit better ingredient wise, though cooks know their job.

Only problem we've encountered there is no conditioner in the bathroom I don't know if i was supposed to ask for it but i think it's very wrong. Other than that everything else was perfect and the way you check in is very convenient for someone whose flight comes in late.

Nice cosy hotel in a very close proximity to the centre. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. I would visit again. The only disadvantage could be the parking, it's small, for only 4 cars, but for 3 nights here we managed. There is also parking space in the streets nearby

The hotel is situated in the center of the city, just about a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian district and archeological escavations from the Roman time. The only issue is with the car parking. Extremely limited.

The hotel is OK, the rooms a bit outdated, but it's location is very good - in the heart of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On the weekends could get noisy because of the the live program in the restaurant.

We loved Myahov house. We were for two nights and stayed in a double superior room. The room looks exactly as in the photos. The hotel is lovely unfortunately the service levels are poor. Breakfast service was awful and the food was average. We had to repeatedly ask for items that hadn't been replenished and on our last day they had no milk. If you stay here you will have to manage your expectations and let the manager know if you are not happy as he assured me that he wants to meet the customers expectations.

We loved how big the bathroom was, while the room itself was obviously made for one and narrower. We were right above the restaurant where the music was playing in the evening. Both she and the guests in the neighboring rooms could be heard loudly.

The room with balcony, at least on the 5th floor, is not worth it. There's no view to be had. Otherwise, great service and location.

The service and rooms are very nice. They are quite clean and modern, but I expected a richer selection of TV channels. I had an issue with the hot water, but it was resolved immediately. Great accommodation! Every room has its color and name. I always book the green/frog room (it's the one fit to our trip for 3 persons) - two separate rooms and one bathroom. Owner/manager is very kind! Great restaurant near - Lindo (owner will guide you find it).

This is a great hotel, it is mid priced by Bulgarian standards, by in the lower range for foreigners. The hotel is easily accessible and with fast exit from the city. The rooms are clean and well prepare for the guests. There is no noise coming from outside in the room at night. There is coffee and croissant for breakfast and the restaurant works up to 23:00(11 pm) at night.

It was a nice place to be for a limited time, they were really nice and among the few who could speak English. The only issue was the internet. It was weak and sometimes turned off alot
