Excellent family owned hotel. Clean rooms, great staff, awesome breakfast!

It's a nice place, clean and close to the center. We went 2 consecutive years there for a small vacation. It is a nice and pleasant hotel.

It was an excellent experience.Everything was renovated, in excellent condition the whole building and first of all the most polite and helpfully staff!

I had great experience, nice balcony, dark but cozy ambience, lightning is nice. Bathroom was ok. Two wide beds. Place to eat. Tv was ok. Balcony had glass table. I ate on the table. Overall good experience.

The place is quiet, thats what i found good, its also clean. But balcony is connected as one and its way too high you can bearly see anything.

Very nice family hotel. It’s stylish environment and cost atmosphere contribute to a fulfilling experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean. If you need a place to stay, this hotel is my recommendation for you.

A very good choice. I personally live in the hotel for long term and it’s perfect. If you have a car the location is ideal as well with a huge parking lot.

This is a wonderful oasis for rest and relaxation! The newly renovated hotel is inviting, bright, elegant, and enjoyable. My room was spacious, sunny, with comfortable bed, terrace, large bathroom, coffee/tea maker, cleaned and maintained daily by the staff. The food is fantastic! We went to spa. Infrared sauna was not functional. Finnish sauna too small. Just for 2-3:people. Steam sauna was good. Pool was pleasant, but water was a bit cold. Not more than 34 c. We enjoyed but will not back here again.

We stayed there for a night in a huge 2 bedroom apartment. We loved it. The area is absolutely fantastic. We were extremely impressed with the restaurant, the food was amazing, including the fabulous deserts, it looks like the chef is top notch. It is a beautiful, remote retreat away from the noise of the city.

Decent warm Traditional Hotel, peaceful, quiet with a Fascinating Decoration in the Restaurant... Stayed for 3 nights with my partner, enjoyed the warmth in the rooms, the nice Forrest views and the Indoor pool downstairs... Got greeted by the Owner, nice warm person and good customer Service... Only 20 minutes from the Town as well... Definitely gonna come back next year

We had to pay extra for bathrobes and towels (they were not included in the price—€3.50 each). They only filled the jacuzzi after we left, and the pool was too small for the hotel's capacity.

The rooms in this hotel were huge, with two big beds and two large armchairs The bathroom was a wet room so be aware and remember to remove the toilet paper before showering, otherwise, you will have very wet toilet paper. So the food wasn’t really good the steak was dry and they had only two desserts from all of them,the rooms were nice ,and the staff was polite.

Outside pool and mineral pool we're great ,a bit on the busy side but that's life nowadays. Good room ,shower was a bit too "wet room" tv OK no coffee and kettle which was down on reception at £2.50 levs which u would expect for free for guests.beds not made up for the night maybe cos we were only a 2 night stay. On the downside when we were waiting for coffee the receptionist was on a private call...

We had a wonderful time! The hotel itself is located in a parched and features spacious rooms, clean and bright; the personnel is attentive and helpful! The restaurant serves delicious meals in large portions. Plenty of things to see at a stone throw distance ! Worth every penny!

The outside pool is just perfect. The fee for an adult is 8 lv. through the week. The snack bar is delicious and not pricey. The only thing that can be better is the toilet, it needs a good cleaning. I’m very happy with the overall pool experience.

Very nice small hotel in the centre of Kazanluk. You can walk to all shops and restaurants from the hotel. Breakfast is excellent.

The diamond hotel is located right in the centre of Kazanlak with access to shops, cafes and bars right on the doorstep. Most of the cities tourist spots are within easy walk of the hotel. The hotel has parking just outside the hotel or an underground car park adjacent. The hotel has a reception, a small seating area and there is a breakfast room down on the lower ground. I wanted to see the rose museum, the park and the Thracian tomb's. For me this hotel is in a perfect location. Free parking and super friendly staff. The hotel is immaculate, as is my room.

Would recommend it for staying as it's just across the city museum! You can order breakfast ahead, the room was clean, and the personnel was welcoming. There's parking though it's a bit hard to enter with a bigger car.

Excellent on all levels. Fast wifi, Wonderful but small and cosy rooms and maintained well ..accept for one small thibg: the shower head clamp which was broken and I, 1.91 m tall, wasn’t able to set it at a comfortable height. Nevertheless 5 stars from us. The staff was nice and helpful and also spoke English. We will be back.
