Kamchia resort is very quiat place. Forest reach the sand beach. Calm hotel. You can bring your home pet, but not so clean. Bathroom plus OK, but widows and under bed surface is not well cleaned. Pro's: Friendly staff, the younger staf speaks good english, cheap and tasty foods in restaurant, clean enough, nice pool where you can always get a sunbed, the hotel is surrounded by Forrest and you can walk to the beach. The second time we stayed there, and in one year time it has a whole new restaurant with some amazing signature dishes. The owner still plays the lute, and the rest of the family makes you feel welcome at all times. It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with good internet, food and accommodation.

Renovated bungalows, clean and have a bathroom with a toilet, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a box-kitchen with a microwave, with an additional charge, a stove. There are forks spoons and knives, glasses and plates. Daily cleaning and linen change at a certain time. They spray against mosquitoes and maintain the surrounding...

The bungalows are old but partly modernized and well maintained and clean. There is wi-fi, but it hardly works. The cleaning service is everyday and the staff is very kind and helpful. The bathrooms still need to be redone. It would be better if there was a washing machine available instead of a washing service where they take your laundry to Varna and back. I'm not very happy to have other people...

Perfect location in a century-old forest. The bungalows are simple and cheap, but somewhat smelly and not so clean, and most of them have only a small window which could be open at night. The restaurant is tragic, just don't go there except in the morning to order "mekitsi" breakfast.

If you were in the past in a camping you could go there. Because it's located in the forest there are insects around. You have the forest, river and the sea together.

Great communication, we had to cut our vacation short (death in the family). We were offered to arrive earlier. Great effort from the host to help us. The accommodation is close to a wonderful beach (there are very few such places).

Perfect location and great conditions

It is unbelievable to look out from the terrace onto a nature reserve and onto the beach. Simply beautiful. The town has the right amount of infrastructure, not too much, but enough for supply and eating. The appartment ist spacious and Alexander cares! All the best for A.Appartments

Good place with very polite host

Everything is amazing! Peaceful place with great garden. The host is super kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend it.

Pros: - Good swimming pool in terms of size, cleanliness and shade (it is half-covered). - Our room had 3 balconies with various views. - Beach is close. Walking alleys around the complex are pedestrian friendly and overall infrastructure is good. Cons: - Bathrooms were tiny with even smaller shower cabins. - Parking spot was a little hard to find. - Cleaning was performed during 14-16 quiet hours...

Does not deserve it's five stars. No piccolo at the hotel. Restaurant is quite expensive. Pool is nice but it's overcrowded. Adults are flooding even the kids pool.

Great place, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is polite . Location is perfect just a few feet away from the beach and popular bar. The only downside was the main pool , the water is very cold . I would highly recommend it !

We were in transit staying at this hotel. The position is ok being close to the seashore. The rooms are a bit shabby, the walls are corroded, you can hear what is being said in the next room. And in the hallways it can be seen that maintenance leaves much to be desired. Breakfast quite expensive, but with a small offer of products. Worthy of praise is the kindness of the reception staff, hot water...

The apartament was very big. Corect price. The staff, especialy The ladies from The reception were verry friendly and help with any info s. You can hear The waves from The bed, close to The sea. Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

The hotel was very nice itself. However we can not say the same for the breakfast-very poor.

Really good hotel, been there in March 2022, really pleasant and staff. The rooms are new and in excellent condition, everything is clean. Quiet location, a bit far from the center but it's not a problem with a car or public transport. Recommended!! 5/5!

Definitely the guest house was what we were looking for. We have two nights a three-night company night. The rooms are clean, each with a balcony and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen where we cooked you, and under the shelter was the perfect place for a cup of cold rakija with a good company :) if possible and in the future we will visit.

Excellent site, unbeatable treatment. Quality price is the best thing I have lived in Bulgaria. Highly recommended to be relaxed. If you like to walk you have the beach at 1.km and once there you lose yourself by the paradisiacal coves.

Beautiful view, open space, not very big pool in the back yard, but we had a great time. Ideal place for 4 families, spacious rooms and living room/kitchen. It was a little bit more to walk to the beach, but the city was great and it was worth it.

Place are clean and calm. Enough for 12 persons. Owners are helpfull and nice. Only one thing - mattress are uncomfortable. It's excellent point to make travels for whole coast.

I have not used the hotel, I don't even know there is one, but the restaurant is very nice with a view and delicious homemade food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. On the road, but there are parking spaces and it is close to the city center.

Family hotel. Quite obsolete interior in the rooms and bathrooms. Otherwise it is very clean. From the terrace the view is impressive. You can see Varna and the Varna Bay. The hotel has a restaurant, the dishes are delicious and the prices are popular.

We stayed for three nights. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach, about a 5-6 minute walk. There is a place to park. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket owned by the hoteliers. The prices in the supermarket are higher than those of the nearby T-Market. I recommend shopping at T-Market.
