I was definitely not left with good feelings from my vacation in this place. Due to the fact that it was not a holiday.
The worst thing is that before we went I asked the owner if it was quiet 🤨She was so convincing that it was too quiet 🙄

Our entire stay was in the background of - screams and shouts of women and children, banging on doors. In the evening, screams of men, retro chalga party until dawn, children's movies until 00:00.
I felt like I was visiting someone who didn't even care that we were there to rest. You don't really sleep during the day or at night.
As an interior, the previous owners seem to have had taste. The current ones were friendly, but they are definitely not good at management.
For the price we paid for the night, we got - a toilet at the entrance of the house (outside the room 🤷🏽‍♀️), a warm fridge (a lot of our food spoiled) small black hairs in the bed (I wonder which is worse - human or dog 😵 ) almost no dishes in the kitchen, no cleaning for the whole stay, no tools even for us to clean ourselves.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation. It was an expensive and quite unpleasant experience.

It's more of a hostel or a shared flat
Everyone has a room with a balcony.
The rooms are very clean but very small.
There is no privacy screen or any kind of separation on the balcony.
The children in our room next door often ran onto our balcony and could look into our room. There were curtains, but you didn't always have them.
There is a shared bathroom with no soap or toilet paper.
You get a roll of toilet paper on arrival, you have to pay for the rest yourself.
The shower is also leaky and leaks somewhere below, so that after the shower the whole bathroom is wet.

In our booked facilities there should actually be a fridge in the room which wasn't. When we asked, they wanted to organize one for us, but they couldn't.
That's why they didn't want to accommodate us when it came to the final payment.
(We had to store our groceries in the dirty fridge in the summer kitchen)
There is a summer kitchen outside with lots of electrical appliances and a refrigerator, but it would need a thorough cleaning.
What is also a very big negative point is that you don't come to rest.
In the evening there is loud music or the owners sit by the pool until 5am, play games and laugh very loudly.
In the morning the cats scream, the rooster or the dog barks non-stop.

The beach is 4 minutes away by car and the owners are very nice.
