The toaster was broken for the entire stay, wifi wasn't working, very rude staff. When they cleaned our room they forgot to give us more toilet paper and clean towels, we went to the front counter to ask for some took them 4 hours to give us new ones....
Bags of rubbish left around the pool near the bins.
Bugs and mosquitos through the room. Safe in room not bolted down. Not on the beach as stated on website.
We stayed here because of all the good reviews. Don't know what happened in the past 6 months but this is definitely not a 4.2 star hotel.
