It is a wonderful hotel with wonderful view of the river and city. The hotel provides daily spa voucher and drink voucher to the sky bar. Very friendly staff and sumptions breakfast. Highly recommended.

It’s better to stay without breakfast because the breakfast menu seems nothing to take.

All staffs are well trained with good attitude. The young receptionists explain the term of staying clearly and with good smile. The waiters in sky bar and cafe are well trained, prepare the utensils set properly. Even the security guard is very polite and helpful. This is no doubt the best hotel in Kampong Cham

The room size listed on Trip.com was very different from reality. The website stated 45 square feet, but it was actually only about half of that. We paid for breakfast at the hotel, but the staff said our room wasn't ready yet, so they couldn't give us the room card or breakfast vouchers. I asked for a receipt to prove I had paid for breakfast, but the hotel surprisingly said they don't issue receipts...

Check in and Check out is efficient. The sky bar environment is cozy, not noisy at all. The room is clean and spacious.

I recently travelled to Kampong Cham and stayed at the Monorom VIP. Very nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and it is located on the riverwalk. Perfect location. Plenty of hot water and good aircon. Nice balcony with view of the river. King bed and bedding are exceptional. Highly recommend. I will stay there again next time I go!

Clean room good service near River side

This has to be one of the best location hotels on our tour. Big room, comfortable bed hot water and a river front view. It will be interesting to see what the night time noise is like

A large room with a beautiful wooden furniture. The lift is available, but not the swimming pool. No breakfast either

When you are in the city it would be great if you stay near the riverside. This hotel was perfect for its location. it is walking distance to the nearby cafe and restaurant, near the cafe amazon. The staff are really friendly, everyday they drop some drinking water by our door step. The security was 24hours. The room is very spacious and clean and the price is reasonable. Excellent rooms facing the river, big clean and very reasonable price. Helpful staff in lobby. Crazy amount of heavy wooden carved furniture. No restaurant in hotel, but go to Smile next door for amazing food.

To be fair enough, it’s just okay, given the price to pay and the service to get. The bright side is that the hotel is close to, walkable distance indeed, Virak Buntham bus station and the river bank in Kampong Cham.

Cheap and new but no phone in the room no coffee pot tea etc amenities only soap and toothbrushes. Very poor communication. The reserved massage service failed to arrive on 2 different occasions. Ac not strong enough during the day of heat. Thr rates goes between 11 and 14 usd a night depending on season. Still chesper thsn hotels next door but no views.

Clean, neat rooms. Staff was very helpful and kind. This is a spot I'd be happy to stay at again if we are driving through. Not fancy, but nice place.

Great experience there. quiet and good service. Dog friendly with 5$ fee for a dog per night.

The facilities are still worse than domestic three-star hotels, and not as good as domestic express hotels.

This is just a good hotel with AC. Good value. I travelled with my motorbike and parked it in the garage. There is a night guard. The last night I filled up my petrol. After I left the hotel I run out of petrol. There is no other possibility then somebody stole petrol that night.

Bicycle tourist here. Aircon, good wifi, hot shower and there is a garage downstairs where you can lock your bike. Good place, very friendly ladies. I will say... There was some leaks and a bit of mold on one part of the ceiling. I would still return though

The price is reasonable and room was comfy. AC is fine and bathroom with hot shower. It’s quiet hotel. Staff was friendly and welcomed. It’s located near center and riverside.

Paid $13 I think a few weeks ago for an AC double bed room. Clean, spacious, TV, kettle and coffee. The hotel has a lift/elevator, welcome after several hours cycling from Phnom Penh. We had a western breakfast in the hotel's coffee bar. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the riverside is only a 5 mins walk away.

Booked this hotel while I was on a 2D1N trip to Kampong Cham. Rooms are spacious but everything is quite basic (and rundown) so manage your expectations. No elevators too. Aircon wasn't particularly strong in the hot Cambodian weather. Rated this higher as the FOH lady had a good command of english. She let me survey and see the rooms first before deciding. A bit old fashioned rooms but a superb location on the Mekong riverside. Prices are negotiable and depend upon the type of room. I had probably the best room, a room with aircon, balcony and superb view of the Mekong river. I paid 17 dollars after some negotiation. The woman working at the reception is superfriendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here!

Awesome location 😀, VIP room for 15$, is specious and nice, and the views are breathtaking, not very clean!, and amenities don't always work great, but staff is very nice and helpful

The first room was full with ants, even the bed. Generally is this house old and rotten, re-painted extremely ugly. The only positive is the great location on the river side

This hotel has just recently reopened under new management. Rooms are 60,000 with A/C and 2 bottles of water a day. Would be good if they offered a fan only option. Facilities are of a fairly reasonable standard and are kept clean. There is free WiFi and a Smart TV - which sometimes works well. Very nice views of the river and very convenient for restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. Would stay...

The place is serviceable, food is decent & a good bar that makes perfect B - 52 Cocktails. The staff seem to come from the moon, perhaps that's how it got its name.They would rather play with their outdated electronic toys than give required "service" .Its highly unprofessional & turns potential customers away ,fast .

Restaurant: excellent service. Tuna melt baguette has more onions than tuna fish. At 3,50$, it's overpriced. Amok Fish is bland and not creamy enough (lack of spices and coconut milk) and believe me, I'm an expert in that dish. Eggs and baguette, butter and jam (2,50$); one of the rare places making sunny side up eggs. Yes !

The French onion soup was rich and flavorful. It came with a chunk of bread and mozzarella cheese on the side. The stirfry with bell peppers was fresh and not overcooked and not laden with oil. It was wonderful. In the past I’ve gotten chicken Kiev which is deep-fried but also very yummy and the chicken with wine sauce is good. They have good Khmer food and they have an interesting eggplant dish that...

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. For the price, this guesthouse is an absolute steal. I've stayed here twice, and been thoroughly satisfied each time. The staff is accommodating and friendly to a fault, and the food is also very good. I would personally recommend the Chicken Bojangles. Really lovely place!
