Reasmey Cheanich Hotel in Kampong Cham

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a decent experience. However, I was surprised to find that I was personally charged for cleaning the tower, even though the hotel staff confirmed that it could be cleaned and the clients had agreed to pay for any mess caused.

While I appreciate that the facilities are well-maintained and the staff are responsive, I believe such charges should not fall on individual staff if the clients have already taken responsibility. I hope the management can review this policy to ensure fair and transparent billing in the future.

An airless jar. Mattress wrapped in plastic.... unbearable in the heat! No breakfast. An elevator that goes up and down all night, beeping at each stop. No possibility of buying a cold drink...It's not a hotel...

room is clean but small which is ok ... bathroom is small too... bed and pillows are hard ... water pressure is low ... sometimes no water until you call the receptionist by going down to the lobby or making call from your mobile phone since there's no landline in the room ... 2.5 stars

We booked a superior room on agoda ($80 for two nights). On arrival the receptionist had no idea about our booking and instead of looking it up, asked us to prove our booking. As my phone had no charge, we had to first charge our phone. After a 6 hour drive on our moto, this was not the reception we were hoping for. In the end the receptionist gave a room without checking our booking. We were given a standard "deluxe" room. Small room, the ceiling above the shower was leaking, and the TV did not work. They also did not clean the room the entire time we were there. We felt ripped off.
