Moose Hotel And Suites in Banff

Great stay at Moose Hotel. Clean rooms, cozy atmosphere, and excellent location. Close to everything. Mountain views are amazing and very relaxing. Overall is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Having visited Banff multiple times, this is always my go-to hotel when staying in town. It's located right on the main road into town, making parking and walking around incredibly convenient! In winter, a dip in the rooftop 'hot springs' is an absolute must – it's a unique experience.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. 5-10 min walk from everything. We needed to clean the tea/coffee amenities and wipe down the table ourselves but no big deal. We booked a superior 2 queen room - all these types of room are all on the first floor. You should make sure to request facing inside, not outside towards the street. No view but it's quiet. Others complain about noise/privacy if facing the street on the 1st floor. One pool was closed for renovation and blocking some of the view from the roof.

The location is super convenient, directly across from Banff Community High School, which is also the pick-up and drop-off point for the Roam bus to Lake Louise.

The heater in the room was too loud, even on the lowest setting it was really noisy.

The room itself was very quiet and quite clean.

So nice to live at Banff downtown. Free parking just under the hotel. Must be there again next time

I've been to Banff many times before, but always stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. This time, my family and I decided to revisit on a whim. Since the Fairmont was fully booked every day, we had to choose another hotel. I saw the Moose Hotel on Ctrip, with its underground parking and rooftop hot springs, and immediately booked a two-night stay.

Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be right on the main street in the town center, which was super convenient for shopping. You can indeed drive directly into the underground parking garage and take the elevator straight up to all floors. After dinner, we enjoyed a free hydromassage in the rooftop hot springs and massage pool, washing away the fatigue from several days of driving. The hotel also provides three days of free bus passes for guests to visit nearby attractions.

Our room was well-equipped. There was a kettle provided, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a very refreshing experience.

This hotel is absolutely excellent! It's right on the main street of Banff, very spacious, and its exterior is much more attractive than other hotels nearby. The interior was even more surprising; the room's amenities were top-notch, as expected. Plus, there's an outdoor spa pool on the 4th floor with mountain views, which was incredibly comfortable.

Super hotel, very close to the centre of town for all the shops and restaurants. Good sized rooms and comfy bed. Italian restaurant on.-site has good food and good service.
