Nice view, best for relaxation

I had a bad experience Indian man receptionist. Room was clean , pretty simple and a bit dark.

Beautiful mountain views from our room. The rooms definitely need some upgrades, they were pretty small and rustic compared to what the website made them seem like. The mini fridge also barely worked which was disappointing for us to enjoy some beverages in our room for our anniversary. Service could be better as we had asked ahead of time for champagne glasses in our room, then when we asked again...

This property offers exceptional mountain and hot tub experiences. The open patio and comfortable bed provide stunning views, encompassing both mountain and lake vistas. Barbecue facilities are also available. However, complimentary bottled water, a typical amenity at comparable three-star hotels, is not provided.

What a fabulous hotel. The front desk folk were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, very informative with trip recommendations and places to eat. Will definitely return. Photo is the mountain view from our room.

What a STUNNING location. Get a room with a view. I sat for hours just admiring the mountains from my room which also had a little patio area. The staff were so kind and the dining in the hotel was five stars. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Banff. The hot tub is small but I was lucky to have it to myself since I went mid week. This felt like a little retreat only five minutes out of the town center

Great stay at Moose Hotel. Clean rooms, cozy atmosphere, and excellent location. Close to everything. Mountain views are amazing and very relaxing. Overall is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Having visited Banff multiple times, this is always my go-to hotel when staying in town. It's located right on the main road into town, making parking and walking around incredibly convenient! In winter, a dip in the rooftop 'hot springs' is an absolute must – it's a unique experience.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. 5-10 min walk from everything. We needed to clean the tea/coffee amenities and wipe down the table ourselves but no big deal. We booked a superior 2 queen room - all these types of room are all on the first floor. You should make sure to request facing inside, not outside towards the street. No view but it's quiet. Others complain about noise/privacy if facing the street...

The location is super convenient, directly across from Banff Community High School, which is also the pick-up and drop-off point for the Roam bus to Lake Louise. The heater in the room was too loud, even on the lowest setting it was really noisy. The room itself was very quiet and quite clean.

Cosy and beautiful place to stay in. Walking distance to many gift shops. Very convenient. Shuttle bus services available to attractions

Satisfactory stay, near Banff city center but bed binds can be better

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to fully recover from the fatigue of my trip. The staff were friendly, and I felt at ease from check-in to check-out. The great location, convenient for sightseeing and travel, was also a big plus. If I come to this city again, this is a hotel I would definitely stay at.

location is very convenient walking just 10 mins to the town .clean roon common room and good breakfast! hight recoommend!!

It was very nice. The facilities were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Even with the late check-in time, the staff was very helpful. I would definitely visit again :)

The location is excellent — 5/5 for being so close to downtown Banff and easy access to shops, restaurants, and transit. However, the price felt a bit steep. Paying $95 for just a bunk bed seems too high.
