The location in Canmore is quite good, but please be aware that the room is not in the main building as stated. It's in an annex building about 100 meters away. Besides there being no staff in that building, it's a bit spooky, and the elevator doesn't have CCTV. You also have to go up to the dark, windowless second floor to get ice 😭

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked a suite with a kitchen, and the kitchenware was very complete. The countertops were made of beautiful granite. Turning on the fireplace made the room very warm. We stayed on the first floor, and opening the sliding windows revealed a beautiful view.

Very bad experience at Reception. A rude receptionist of Indian bs ground. Not a problem with her heavy accent but she didn’t have the vocabulary to explain where can I ark the car . She draw in a map something that sent me 10 minutes walk on a dark street. She didn’t explain that our room is not on same location as reception. During this time she yawned twice. When we asked for clarification she said she already explained and asked if we have questions?! Are you guys kidding me? I understand the hotel can’t afford to pay Canadians but why don’t they hire competent people?! At checked out she was on duty again. She didn’t greet anyone and she was listening music. I travelled a lot (not in Indian) and I never have seen such an employee on this industry. lol

The room is very large, in the annex building opposite the main building, with a large swimming pool. The room only has a refrigerator and a microwave, and no bottled water or electric kettle is provided. The shower water is very small, and there is only a top corner of the window that cannot block the light. I really don't know how it was designed. It feels very makeshift, with basically no service and low cost performance.

There is no housekeeping service; guests need to clean up their own trash and change the sheets. The hallway outside the rooms is dimly lit, and the check-out time is too early (10:00 AM), with no possibility of delaying.

The hotel itself is in a great location to walk to restaurant and town center and looks great from the outside. It had underground parking. They were doing hallway renovations but that was not listed when booking. The photos of the place we had were misleading as the hotel room itself was pretty run down. The leather sofa is old and stained. The sofa bed was the same and very thin mattress. For 500 a night I would have expected more

I booked a two-bedroom hotel room three months ago for 1,100 Canadian dollars for two days. My friend booked it a few days before his arrival and wanted to upgrade to a suite like mine, so he added 80 Canadian dollars a day, which means the total price is 520+160=680 Canadian dollars for two days. So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk

The hotel has two sides one side of the main building in addition to the sub-building next door is allocated for the lower floor of the sub-seat during the stay outside the hotel road maintenance sand and dust rolling and the room space is small toilet and room hygiene general😩
However, seeing that the hotel has a large swimming pool and a slide I and my family did not have time to swim but see seems quite attractive! 😁
Price is relatively cheap relative to Banff quality overall generally acceptable!

The place wasn't as good as others made it seem. We stayed at the resort Habitat was based out of. They recommended to book reservations. We called and no answer, figured it was busy and hoped there was room there. Much to our surprise, there was only one other couple there not even 5 minutes we were there. Even the server said this was normal to see this few long people there but definitely didn't explain how come anyone didn't answer the phones.
We had breakfast and ordered stuff that was pretty easy to make. Unfortunately making eggs over medium with the yolkes still soft came to me as hard and eggs overcooked by a good minute or two. Didn't see the server till after my meal was finished. Guess I'm too used to servers coming within a minute or two after receiving the meal to make sure everything is ok.
Pricing was ok for a restaurant. It wasn't expensive but wasn't cheap either. Just on par.
If you're lucky on your eggs not being over done, stick with scrambled

Great service, great atmosphere, absolutely exceptional food. If you come to Canmore, you must not leave until you've eaten here. Culinary delights in the highest order. Fantastic bartending, too. Six stars out of five.

We had went there for my mother's 60th, a group of 16. Space was fine, well laid out and clean. The two servers we'd had were on par. We gotten drinks and appetizers. Then the great wait.... A very long wait. About an hour after the appys showed up, the kids meals finally made their appearances. Then over the course of about another 45 min the adult's finally started to receive there meals. Each finishing pretty much before the other could start. The food was fine, even with the mix up with my plate. The most disappointing part of the evening was that no manager had come and talked to us. The two server's were obviously embarrassed, and things were getting very awkward. Maybe this was just anomaly. Maybe they were short handed in the back. Definitely ruined my mother's birthday.

Unbeatable prices if you take advantage of their coupons. Staff is always super friendly, and the pizza is consistently good. Conveniently, they are open super late every day.

A while back I had submitted an online complaint for having not received an online delivery. I received a prompt response, though neglected to check my email for 5 days. They had comped the food items from my order and when I went to claim it I learned that they had actually stayed 45 minutes past close in case I would contact them since they were unable to reach me because I had lost my phone. The new driver was unable to locate my back unit apartment, which I understand, nor could he call for directions. They were very kind and threw in the 2L I was going to buy, too. Very happy with their service. Thanks guys!

Order online and pickup works excellent and was really fast. Pizza is great, Pasta okay (had Pasta Alfredo). Build your own Pizza is perfect. Price is fair.

Best deals on pizza in town, hands down! I ordered the 3 on 3 large special and I've never thought I would so much food for a great price. The staff was super helpful and polite, even at their busiest hour. The best part is that they're open from 11am to 3 am every day. You can't beat that!

Amazing place to order pizza from. Has great staff and fast delivery. The pizza I get from here is always delicious and worth ordering from here and is one of the best places to order pizza from.

Pizza is good. Toppings on there menu are not accurate. Not real sausage, just seasoned ground pork. No red peppers only green. If you only order 3 toppings they still charge you extra for extra cheese. Regularly deal with a clearly overworked / overwhelmed person on the other end of the line, rushing through your order to the point where I've ordered less just to be done with the phone call.

One on the best pizzas I’ve eaten. Huge portions and great price. If you’re in or passing through Canmore definitely stop in!!! Will be back!!!!

After a week of backpacking in the Canadian Rockies, THIS is the pizza you want. You don't want some fancy thin cracker crust pizza from some overpriced place in Banff, you want to go here. You'll get a generous and delicious portion of cheese and carbs for a very fair price. It's my go to when I'm on my way out of the mountains.

We ordered from here on a Thursday night and were happy with the service. The tandoori wings were so delicious, would definitely recommend them. The pizza crust was really fresh, but definitely heavy on the cheese if that is something you like. The tasty bread was fresh and tasted great with the marinara sauce.
