Although I stayed here for 1 very short night (delayed flight), they were able to get me 2 rooms on very short - and late notice. The evening attendant was there to get us checked in shortly after 3am. Both ladies, evening andd morning provided outstanding customer service, they were amazing. In fact the evening attendant was actually the only one who apologized for the brutal travel day we had, and she had nothing to do with it. Both of the attending ladies were so friendly, nice and accommodating. In the morning she ensured that a taxi was called to take us back to the airport. The lobby is stunning and the rooms were beautiful....the bed was super comfy.

If I am ever back and staying in Kelowna, I would definitely stay here.

Thank you ladies for making a grueling travel day end with such kindness and comfort.

A Beautiful hotel with all the amenities! Plus it’s got a park right across the street and the lake is a block away. 2 on site restaurants and tons of stuff to do within walking distance. Just park your car and enjoy the town.

I stayed in January and purpose was to visiting family in the hospital. It was a cold 16min walk from the hospital but coming into the lobby with warm welcoming staff made the stay better. The room I had was clean, decent sized, recently renovated (I barely heard the highway traffic) and North west facing.
I would recommend and return again.

Slept ok but a running fan noise would be great. Had to go and get my own fan in my trunk to draw out noises
The tv remote was frustrating
I liked the hot tub and it had one nice jet
Just is so light in the room as drapes do not go all the way across!
But still a 4 star experience. (:

Except for crummy tv remote as it's like the worst ever to navigate, I love it here. Clean and quiet and friendly. Nice hot tub jet too. Nice 25 percent off offer too for breakfast.

Room recent renovations were below industry standards. Towel rack hiding behind bathroom door, full mirror on far wall in an awkward place to be useful. No comforter in closet, bed sheets only. Baseboard heater making noise all night long. All trim in room was done incorrectly and looked awful. But bed was comfortable and became I spent most time at the close hospital, it was ok for what I needed it to be

I stayed at this hotel for medical reasons, expecting comfort and a quiet environment, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness is far below acceptable standards; from the hallways to the room, everything feels neglected and depressing. The front desk staff is not welcoming and does not seem willing to provide a pleasant or helpful experience.

They also charge extra for parking without informing guests, even though most hotels in the area include it. Housekeeping starts singing and making noise as early as 7 AM, making it impossible to rest. The bed is old, uncomfortable, and noisy; the bathroom is small and inconvenient, and the toilet is so small it seems designed for children.

Overall, the services and conditions offered do not meet the basic standards for accommodations intended for medical travel. I would not recommend this hotel, and I believe it should be removed from medical-travel support programs, as it fails to provide adequate comfort and care.

My wife and I come to Kelowna at least once a month who we look for excellent places to dine.... from the good service, Exquisite wonton soup, to a delicious main course.
I would highly recommend coming here if you were looking for excellent Chinese cuisine looking forward to our next visit.

I like Chinese foods but the dim sum was awful. Overall experience was good as the friendly staff but waited long time to receive the starter and the servers don't know where they keep the extra liquor when they ran out their stock at front and she came to me and said "sorry we don't have liquor you ordered and would you like to try something else" but lucky there was another lady at front desk saw I was little up set about it and went inside and grab a same bottle I ordered. I was so surprised to see server said no and someone else found it. Food was OK not the best Chinese food I had but potions were very big. Not highly recommend to go their if they got a big bus as you will be the last person to get treat because they mainly focus on serving the large orders.

Staff were dismal and not very kind. Not a welcoming atmosphere on a holiday, unfortunely I would not reccomend it to anyone. No public washroom was also a nagitve.

Overpriced, low quality pizza that attracts people from the bars. Staff isn't very kind and they don't have a washroom for paying customers...

Good pizza but delivery sucks. Waited for over 2 hours. When I tried to call all they would say is he left x number of minutes ago.

This place needs to look at the quality of the food. I had pizza from this place three times so far. Now, I am done with this place. Quality of the food is poor. Undercooked veggies with over load of cheese does make the bed experience of pizza. They definitely need to improve the quality of food. Overall service was fast, but that does not make me to order food again here.
