OUTSTANDING PLACE The hotel is beautiful and right next to the Gondola. So convenient, to walk to. The Night Manager, I think his name is Mathias, is polite, professional, and friendly. Our house keeping team, Lily and Kayte kept the room immaculate, to a very high standard. We will be back and I recommend this place.

Can’t beat the location and the rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping was a little spotty and inconsistent this time but the housekeepers (Emily and Steph) were delightful. The hotel offers drivers to town, and they (Alice and Khoung) were great; informative, friendly and safe. We come back each year, and will continue to do so.

Location, amazing! Service, great! The room... needs improvement. The main reason for a room is for a place to sleep. If you book one of the rooms with a sofa bed to sleep on, be ready. The mattresses are too thin. You will feel the springs. There is also not enough support, and the mattress dips in the middle. Your feet will be higher than your butt. The location of the hotel for skiing is simply unbeatable, definitely the best part. Rooms were spacious and had a nice view of the base of the mountain but was slightly disappointed with the gym and spa facilities. I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the quality of service, the rooms, and the outstanding location. I also had the chance to speak with Zhen Wang who was on shift at the Front Desk that evening. The resort is quite large, and I felt a bit lost trying to find my room. She took the time to explain the directions clearly and even walked me there when she saw that I was still unsure...

Amazing location. Staff friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms well appointed and bed really comfortable. Lift having an issue which created delays as accomodation booked out. Pool and hot bath AWESOME but noise from pool area every evening was a bit annoying.

Amazing stay. Beautiful large room, wonderful hotel and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. Chelsea, Nicole and Daniel provided such wonderful and thoughtful service. My son and I spent 5 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed every second!

Both the front desk staff and restaurant were absolutely wonderful. Our server )French Canadian gentleman) was truly phenomenal. He was calm, cool, and collected while handling five excited girls ordering for a Christmas party. He definitely made our evening even more enjoyable. Awesome hotel! Food was good and so was the service. Unfortunately, our room was a bit dirty. Otherwise, this is a go-to hotel in Revelstoke! The lemon water, tea, and coffee provided fresh in the lobby every morning was the highlight of our 2 night stay here! Staff were also super friendly!

This is the second time I spend at this hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel and view are great. The rooms were good both time, clean and spacious. The front desk was friendly and helpful. No luggage service but easy to unload the car on a trolley and then go park you car on the free parking just in front of the hotel. The breakfast service is amazing (fantastic waiters, super friendly and helpful)....

The staff here are truly exceptional. Every single one goes out of their way to smile and offer a few kind words. The restaurant is really good and I also enjoyed a great massage at the spa. They have an outdoor hottub with a gorgeous view. There is a shuttle to the ski resort and a helicopter ski company located right in the hotel! This place is an absolute dream. Dinner was amazing, service was fantastic, room was clean, location is amazing. 10/10 definitely returning. Breakfast buffet has room for improvement, but all in all, excellent experience.

Such a great spot and easy to find. Plenty of parking, service was excellent, very welcoming and friendly. Large rooms, comfy beds, good shower, handy having the fridge and microwave. Breakfast being included and as plentiful as it is; was fantastic. Set us up very well for the day! It is a short 5min drive to the main centre of town but an easy 20-25min walk. Plenty of dining options very close by...

Nice hot tub and great breakfast.. Clean good sized rooms.

Decent property on just off the highway leading into town. There are a couple of walkable restaurants, otherwise a short drive into downtown. The ski area is about a 10 minute trip. Our room was standard, nice and clean. I lucked out when I used the hot tub as it was empty at the time - other times we walked by from the outside it appeared packed. Breakfast was pretty good and had hot and cold items

Good stay, comfortable beds, good breakfast and coffee. Kids loved the pool and waterslide. We would stay again.

Very nice staff. They even mailed my Kindle back to me. Room was fine, although it was either too hot or too cold, unable to keep at the temperature we liked. Breakfast was fine. We walked into town one afternoon, but it's not pleasant enough to do in the dark to make it practical for dinner. Luckily parking wasn't that hard. Some truck noise from the highway.

Despite being on the outskirts of revelstoke , the center is not far away (5min driving). Rooms were big and clean… great beds. Breakfast was a surprising highlight. Pool is ok but hot tub a bit small. Excellent value for moeny

Great location for snowmobilers! We were staying there but snowboarding Revelstoke! The cabin we rented was great, hot tub was great and clean! The restaurant food at the man lodge was awesome! breakfast was amazing! For supper we sat by a real fireplace, incredible! The bartender/server was outstanding! Very nice accommodations! Staff is very friendly and helpful... especially for those who forget their keys in the room multiple times 🤦 Pricing is very affordable.. clean and quiet, couldn't really ask for anything better. This is our second time staying here. I will be booking again in the very near future for some snowmobiling trips.

For location, I would give 6 stars. It's in the direct connection to the wilderness. The room is clean, the balcony has chairs to view the big yards. The hot pool is absolutely helpful. Beautiful hotel in a picture perfect, calm and remote setting with great views all around. Staff was friendly. Spotless, spacious rooms with comfy beds. We booked the suite and from the photos it looked to be a lot bigger than it actually was. Disappointed in that.

We had a great time. Super friendly staff. We felt we got our monies worth. Breakfast was a nice add too

Extremely happy with our 2 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Ideal location only a short drive to Downtown and the ski area.

Stayed 2 nights for a hockey tournament, room was clean, beds were comfy, staff were super accommodating with kids playing in hallways and pool, no issues with whole team staying here !!!! Didn't know they had breakfast when booking but was a welcome surprise, basic continental style but perfect for a quick bite before the rink.

Had a single queen room. Huge bathroom! Like that the fridge had 2 doors and the freezer was nice size. We’ve stayed here many times. Always great service. The hot tub is great after a long days drive.

We had an amazing stay at the Swiss Chalet! Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and bright, small breakfast in the morning was awesome and great location. Walkable to downtown and just less than 15 mins to the base of the mountain. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean room, comfy beds, boot warmers, and updated. Great ski tuning room and locker. Walking distance to downtown adds extra convenience. Continental breakfast needs improvements such as bagels/croissants/muffins and definitely better granola bar.

Good location, easy/free parking, clean rooms and reasonably priced. Our room was a tad small for all our ski gear but regardless we had a good stay and would book here again.

Amazing staff and accommodation. Staff is super nice and I got to meet some cool people that were sharing the common area with us. The only downside is that the chlorine in the hot tub is so strong it hurt my eyes when I’m in the hot tub and it disintegrated my swim suit elastics. But great experience otherwise

Had an amazing time here over the new year celebrations. So nice to be able to sled right from the lodge. We were a big group and they accommodated us very well. 3 hot tubs and a sauna out side that was very refreshing after a day of riding. Bar/pub on location. The prices were more then fair.
