OUTSTANDING PLACE
The hotel is beautiful and right next to the Gondola. So convenient, to walk to.
The Night Manager, I think his name is Mathias, is polite, professional, and friendly.
Our house keeping team, Lily and Kayte kept the room immaculate, to a very high standard.
We will be back and I recommend this place.

Can’t beat the location and the rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping was a little spotty and inconsistent this time but the housekeepers (Emily and Steph) were delightful. The hotel offers drivers to town, and they (Alice and Khoung) were great; informative, friendly and safe. We come back each year, and will continue to do so.

Location, amazing!
Service, great!

The room... needs improvement.

The main reason for a room is for a place to sleep.
If you book one of the rooms with a sofa bed to sleep on, be ready. The mattresses are too thin. You will feel the springs.
There is also not enough support, and the mattress dips in the middle. Your feet will be higher than your butt.

I stayed here years ago and thought it was just that one sofa bed. I came back recently and experienced the same issue.

On the third night I slept perpendicular on the sofa bed to sleep inline with the dip, as my back was hurting after the first two nights sleeping on it regularly.

If I go back again, I will contact them in advance to see if they can bring up a regular mattress to put on the floor, or a piece of plywood under the mattress.

Also, the TVs are not smart TVs. No Apps. No AirPlay.
They have adapter cables for HDMI to plug a laptop into the TV, but not for USB-C.

The location of the hotel for skiing is simply unbeatable, definitely the best part. Rooms were spacious and had a nice view of the base of the mountain but was slightly disappointed with the gym and spa facilities. The foam roller in the fitness room is horrible, essentially unusable but besides that the gym is sufficient. The hot tubs were okay and pleasant when snow was falling but expectedly do get crowded in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the saunas were both cold when we tried to use them.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the quality of service, the rooms, and the outstanding location. I also had the chance to speak with Zhen Wang who was on shift at the Front Desk that evening. The resort is quite large, and I felt a bit lost trying to find my room. She took the time to explain the directions clearly and even walked me there when she saw that I was still unsure. This level of customer service is absolutely remarkable.

Having travelled and stayed in many hotels over the past few years, I have rarely encountered such professionalism and attention to detail. I sincerely want to thank Zhen for the exceptional service she provided that night. It is precisely because of experiences like this that I will not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Please continue on this path ! it is truly outstanding.

Nice hotel. Suite we had was clean and spacious. Had a bit of a musty odour as did the hallway of the hotel. Front desk clerk from England was very friendly. The concierge wasn’t as knowledgeable as I’d expect but very friendly. Pool and hot tubs are great. Should have a sign on pool bar to advertise when they’ll open. Overall had a great stay. Gorgeous views!!

Amazing location. Staff friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms well appointed and bed really comfortable. Lift having an issue which created delays as accomodation booked out. Pool and hot bath AWESOME but noise from pool area every evening was a bit annoying.

The room was great. The staff were also kind. The rooms were obviously quality and condition for the price. But the resort's side facilities seemed to be less than expected. I think there was no special benefits to stay while staying there, except for the room and the pool

Stayed in the Three Bedroom Suite which had a really good layout and great patio table on the deck for a relaxing breakfast. Great service and we enjoyed the outside hot tub and pool. The pool is great for kids as it's not too deep for the majority of it allowing for easier play.

My one complaint about the room was that the shower stalls are a bit tight and the shower handle style makes the situation worse as it is easy to bump and mess up the temperature setting. Personally I'd toss the tub in one of the bathrooms as it causes the issue.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sutton Place Hotel at Revelstoke and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The hotel itself is nestled in a picturesque location, providing a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the rustic yet luxurious decor that perfectly complemented the mountain ambiance. The cozy bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and waking up to the breathtaking mountain from my window was truly magical. The resort's amenities were outstanding. The indoor pool provided a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the mountains.
