It was our first time staying in Hilton Garden Inn. Wow, the hotel is just as good as its next-door neighbour, Homewood Suites by Hilton. Overall, the staff are very friendly and the service received at this hotel is commendable starting from Melanie, who checked us in on arrival. Clean room, the staff were great, the amenities for the most part were great, however they had problems with the hot tub heating, only worked the third night we were there, but we still got a chance to use it.

I regularly stay at this location for business - and use the conference rooms for a week at a time, multiple times a year. The staff are extremely professional - friendly - and go above and beyond for their guests. The Hilton team are very attentive to detail and do their best to anticipate guests needs. I highly recommend the hotel for business and pleasure stays. Close to many amenities as well...

Anna, Rita and staff have treated me with the utmost courtesy over the last three years while I’m here for work at least once a week. The rooms are always clean and the continental breakfast is always good. Price is always competitive with no need to shop around . 5 star Randy M

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast has good variety. The cons were a smell of pot in the hallways and the two women who yelled in the hallway all night and kept me up.

I would like to acknowledge my pleasant stay at the Admiral Inn in Burlington, Ontario and the exceptional professional staff who made the experience very enjoyable. The room was good, the staff was lovely. My husband enjoyed the breakfast but I did not. I am gluten intolerant and the eggs and yogurt were my only choices. It would be nice if there was some GF bread or cereal or sausages.

Room was clean,tv has two lines going through it,could use another.one small thing would make a difference would be coffee for guests 24/7.thank you

Check in was quick and efficient. The only problem is the lamp on night table closest to the patio door constantly flickers.

Place is a basic motel. No frills, but a good place to lay your head when in the area. Some small issues, but nothing that would keep me from returning. I’ve now stayed there multiple times, and intend on going back should I be in the area again.

Room filthy. Bathroom disgusting. Hair everywhere. I could not even shower here Checking in they were kind but behind glass and you fill in a little paper chit The TV wouldn’t work as we had no instructions (last game of the World Series) They did come help though and again very kind. No coffee and only two little plastic cups. Location is good but needs a good cleaning

Overall the stay was ok. The room was specious but not very clean, there was a lingering smell that we had to air out. The water pressure on the shower wasn't that strong. The bed was comfortable though we didn't have anything other than a sheet to cover ourselves up with so it was rather chilly. Overall, this motel has potential though its not that great at the moment.

Room was nice for a cheap fee. Issue i had was that the bed was a bit squeaky and the room was a little dingy. Alot of noise from other people late at night in the parking lot. Other than that, staff was friendly and i was happy with the price i paid overall.

Updated room with updated electronics. The room had a smart TV that allowed for streaming services, multiple power outlets, USB charging ports and a wireless charging alarm clock. The furniture and decore were modern and the room was clean.

Rooms were clean and modern. TV was complicated. Two remotes and weren’t able to get volume on the cable tv setting. Ended up having to sign into Netflix to watch tv at night and even then volume only worked for certain shows. Pool looked recently renovated but way too much chemicals. Eyes burned just sitting in the room. Breakfast was acceptable but would be nice if the menu was changed up daily as...

Very clean hotel, friendly polite staff- water pressure for the shower was excellent. Comfortable CLEAN bed with no signs of bugs of any kind. And couldn't complain about the price - over all i was very impressed with this hotel and if I need to stay overnight again in burlington this would be my go too option. Thank you BW staff, you guys are awesome.

We have stayed at many hotels over the years for sporting events and this one is quite possibly at the top of our list. Rates were extremely reasonable. The rooms were clean and recently refreshed. Beds were comfortable and there was ample space for our sports gear. Breakfast (eggs, waffles sausage, etc) was included and was a great way to start the day. Noisier room than I was expecting (ventillation and fridge) and the bed was not comfortable. Otherwise it was fine. Its a BW beside the highway. It is what it is.

Lovely little hotel just off the highway. The room was both clean and a very decent size and the bathroom was very clean and spacious enough. All in all, I would be happy to stay here again should the need arise.
