Reviews
My initial interaction left me frustrated, and I expressed that frustration at the time. However, when I returned to have the situation formally addressed, the level of professionalism and cooperation I received was the complete opposite of what I initially experienced.
Both Hilton management and the bar/restaurant team handled the matter with accountability and care. The duplicate charge was promptly corrected, the issue was acknowledged without defensiveness, and the resolution was handled respectfully and efficiently. I was met with patience, clear communication, and a genuine effort to ensure I left satisfied.
A sincere thank you to the kind lady working at the Hilton front desk this evening whose name I unfortunately did not catch. She was professional, composed, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I would also like to recognize the outstanding service from both the hostess and the chef. The steak was prepared beautifully and the overall dining experience, once resolved, was truly five star.
Mistakes can happen anywhere. What ultimately defines a property is how those situations are handled. In this case, the response and follow through restored my confidence, and I would gladly enjoy another stay at this fine hotel.
Overall, the staff are very friendly and the service received at this hotel is commendable starting from Melanie, who checked us in on arrival.
Melanie - is incredible with a very welcoming and contagious smile, while providing a great and helpful consistent service throughout our stay, in addition to her multitasking abilities, flexibility, and ensuring that we felt comfortable in the hotel.
Anai - I was opportune to meet a wonderful and kind Anai, one of the canteen staff. She is an amazing personality, offering assistance and exceptional service with a smile through the entire morning and goes the extra mile to make our breakfast experience memorable.
Ehab – the canteen/food service manager, I first met this wonderful gentleman back in 2023, at the Homewood Suites.
What can I say? In 2026, we met again both at the Homewood Suites and in this hotel. He is just as friendly and humorous as ever providing unrivalled service to all. Trust me, you can never be bored when you come in contact with Ehab and his funny jokes, welcoming and receptive together with diligent and generous approach, ensuring guests satisfaction.
Ero – It was our first time meeting a polite and kind Ero, who is just as good as his colleagues. She provides service with a smile and she is very understanding, with the main objective to make guests happy and satisfied, including offering available options both from the menu and buffet, exercising discretion as necessary.
Shweta – at the front desk is equally very friendly and approachable, providing a great service like that of her colleagues.
Tony – I first met Tony at the Homewood Suites in 2023. He is just the same welcoming and friendly guy with a smile. I was delighted to see him again in this hotel still offering a great service.
Jose – I met Jose the executive chef in 2023, when he kindly assisted with the successful preparation of my child’s 13 years birthday. He remains an amazing person and contributes incredibly to making guests stay remarkable.
MaryAnn – the housekeeping supervisor is a very diligent and approachable person. She is friendly, funny, hardworking and aims to ensure that guests needs are met. There don’t appear to be any task too difficult for MaryAnn.
Arvinder – Director of Sales & Marketing, is a captivating lady with a smile, whom I only just met at this hotel. She is friendly, approachable and keen to exercise her discretion to tweak things around a bit in order to make our stay more affordable and enjoyable.
General Manager – the hotel GM is great and approachable, resolving any queries with courtesy and providing assurance. It is clear from staff positive attitude that the hotel leadership is good.
Thanks to everyone, and those in the background in this hotel that I may not have mentioned, but who made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
I highly recommend this family friendly hotel.
We had to walk down to the pool in our bathing suits to discover it wasn't open. The least they could have done was to offer us a hot tub room. It was a winter weekday... not busy at all; two vehicles in the entire parking lot.
Also, you can see this is an old lower end hotel that Hilton just purchased and slapped their name on it. Very outdated.
The Hilton team are very attentive to detail and do their best to anticipate guests needs.
I highly recommend the hotel for business and pleasure stays. Close to many amenities as well as quick access to highways.
Special mention to Ehab and his team - as well as Melanie and the front desk staff - and thanks to all the folks behind the scenes that make our stays incredible!
A special thank you to Ero,
who truly made my stay outstanding.
Ero was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The level of customer service he provided went above and beyond— She made me feel valued as a guest, and her genuine care and positive attitude made a real difference. Staff like Ero are the reason guests keep coming back.
Thank you Ero.
