Have stayed here in the past when visiting London. The rooms are always clean and nice. Last time we stayed we went out for breakfast. This stay the restaurant offered breakfast. Unless it is free included in the room cost, go to Stacked. The construction is also not finished. We will be staying elsewhere next time.

We booked this hotel for a hockey tournament, it took approximately two hours to check in. After finally receiving our room, we discovered that there was no heat. The hotel staff offered us a space heater which shut off every 2 hours in -21C weather. Place is dirty, elevators are always in use by staff.

Book this place if you don't mind freezing, filth, waiting for elevators or walking 6 flights of stairs with your luggage!

Don't bother complaining about it, management did nothing and couldn't care less!

From the moment the receptionist answered my call she was very pleasant and welcoming as a senior I asked for best available rate and she gladly looked into it. When we arrived we had a greater surprise she upgraded us to a suite which was so beautiful. From the time we arrived till we left we had great customer service all around All staff members were in great spirit and friendly

I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and pleasant, and the room itself was clean and spacious. The pool facilities were also enjoyable, contributing to an overall positive experience. I would also like to mention that after booking the hotel, I had the opportunity to read other reviews, which were not entirely favorable. Honestly, had I seen those reviews beforehand, I might have hesitated to book. However, I am truly glad that I proceeded with the booking, trusting in IHG. It was a very good experience overall.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel had good amenities with lota of stuff very close distance. The 24/7 Tea and coffee was great and the snacks from the market were well priced. Hotel pool is currently under renovations and needs some attention as it was not well ventilated and was not very clean. Overall the stay was pretty good.

That was terrible. Poor server was literally running under staffed. Either a poor attempt at saving money due to new minimum wage. Food was terrible steak chewy my wife had steak fajitas steak was chewy. My two boys 11 and 9 not enough food. We went to Little Caesars after for a pizza. Brutal 100 dollars and we had to eat after. Wow

Amazing service! I had Hailey B as my server. Really friendly and very attentive. I will definitely be back and ask for the same server. Great half priced wings too!

Love the photos of Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore everywhere (Charlie Angeles is my favourite movie) cool and cosy atmosphere, the mezzanine bar area is neat. Staff is friendly, good is great! Can't complain!!

They screw up the simplest order... Harveys is no better than MacDonalds for screwing up your order even if its as basic as possible!

Wait time is always longer when ordering a veggie burger, but it's always well worth the wait! Definitely the best veggie burgers I've ever had! Employees are always very friendly and quick.

This outlet has seen me for last time, after many years of patronage. Why...I've always used 2 sweet/sour sauces for my chicken finger/fries order, as of today they want 69 cents for the 2nd sauce which I refuse to pay. I'll take my business elsewhere.i

Classic Dairy Queen but prep cook has to work on improving burger options such as lettuce and onions - they can be too largely cut and not easy to bite into as a consequence the burger can be difficult to eat.

Absolutely horrible. Everyone is upset waiting 15mins for food. Getting meal deals that come with sundaes and its all melted from making them at the time of order then melting while everyone waits. No offer to fix the issue. Actually blamed the sauces but the customer called the emplyee out
