My wife stayed here while in town visiting family. They said they didn't receive her reservation and she ended up in a more expensive smoking room. She febreezed the room to override the cigarette smell. She saw cockroaches in the room as well.
Positives: It's on a central road for bus access and, my wife said the staff was friendly.

Entering the store on the self-serve machine for a place you order it will really difficult me to place the order card not to familiar with the start screen on that display why to get somebody staff member to help me

Room was clean, mattresses were very old and not comfortable to sleep on.

I love Knights Inn in London, Ontario. I stay here often when I’m in town. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is great being close to many shopping and dining opportunities, such as Argyle Mall.

Some simple breakfast options would be good, having to walk to the reception to get a coffee in a plastic cup is not great. a bit of renovation in the rooms would help as well. things were falling into disrepair.

They desk girl was very rude I came in from windsor with my girlfreind as she has cancer and had a doctor's appointment I was not given my rm because they said my I'd was unacceptable my girlfreinds I'd was acceptable but they would not change the rm to her name even though the rm was already paid for we were put a out on the street and had no idea where to go seeing as we're not from london to this day I have still not been able to get my money back

Great atmosphere, food and staff @ a reasonable price and Monday's wing night 50¢ each, they are big and tasty! .....I've been here a few years ago once or twice , and not much has changed........?

Service was slow but the line ups are long in their defense. It's on a busy street so it's a bit difficult to pull out onto Dundas afterwards. Other than that and the occasional prostitute or homeless person asking for change, it's the same service as at all Tim Hortons

This place was awful. Bad service, bathroom dirty, no soap to wash hands nor was there toilet paper in the womans washroom and we got cold stale food! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!

There's a terrifying manager there who yells at her employees for doing nothing wrong instead of gently encouraging them to do what is needed. She can't control her temper honestly and she looks childish when upset. Believe her name was Sandra. (Not Sam, she's a sweetie) some supervisor with long brown hair. She yelled at a trainee when the drive thru computers went down like it was her fault. Can't Tandem-Team, let alone TriTeam. Just a pathetic excuse of a friendly environment.

That day was unusual hope it never happens again. An arrest was in progress. The police got there-people and we enjoyed our coffee and ice cap after. The workers were nice and friendly. The customers were nice and helpful for my friend. I don't expect it will happen again, hope not! Thank you.

I couldn't believe the size of the tiny so-called chicken breast so I asked the lady about it, who was quite candid. She said that they now divide a chicken in 12 pieces, including the breasts which I assume are now divided in 2 or 3 parts. I was at a KFC in pennsylvania recently where chicken breast where full size for about the same price.

Swiss Chalet divides chickens in 4 pieces, 2 legs (whole, not divided leg & thigh like KFC), and 2 breast.

Avoid this KFC unless you like getting ripped off.

The service at this location was very prompt. However the cashier's looked to be in a lot of pain, and was limping. Maybe management should accommodate her by getting her a chair.
