Excellent location. We stayed on the main floor in a room with a king size bed. Beautiful quaint historic building with nice furnishings and artwork. Bed was very comfortable. Modern luxury bathroom. Shower was a delight. Staff was polite and helpful.

I had such an amazing stay! Staff was friendly and location is PERFECT. I had the room with bathroom in the hall and the room was the perfect size, the bathroom was private but in the hall a couple feet from the room. There was an ac unit in room that kept it at the perfect temperature, the view was stunning!!!

This place was just the perfect vacation spot. It is so close to great restaurants and sites of interest. My husband and I enjoyed walking around and knowing our hotel was't too far away from all that we wanted to see. The staff are super kind and helpful, the room was cleaned perfectly every day while we were out and about. I would love to stay here again should I travel to Quebec City.

This is a fabulous hotel! Location couldn’t be better and the staff is super friendly. They even put my daughter’s shoes in the dryer for us as she got wet from playing in the water feature across the street. Perfect place for kids to play or relax. Quaint apartment in an excellent location for Quebec City, minutes away from all the main tourist spots. The studio is tight for 2 people, but perfectly manageable. Downsides were the stairs- there is no lift (a vommon for the area) and it is non manned so be prepared to carry your luggage. It was also very noisy, could hear every other person open doors and climb stairs and talk in the hallway.

Great location, close to everything: attractions, parking, delicious coffee shops etc. The loft is large, comfortable accommodation for a family. For those who like to cook at home - there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need. We will definitely come back here!

Room was good, just very small bathroom and uncomfortable shower that had green shower tip. The rest room seemed clean and warm. Staff was fine, we were glad they worked till 11 pm. They spoke both French and English which is a big thing for Quebec City. The bed was not too clean. The dining area is located on the bottom floor, and was very inconvenient to go down everytime if I had to heat food. Plus, it has a shared fridge that is very small. Me and my friends had put our respective food in the shared fridge one night and the next morning everything was gone when we went to check. Shared area does not feel safe.

I love how my used towels were replaced with clean ones and my room was kept tidy when I stepped out for work. I returned back to my hotel room and was so pleased with the difference. Little but noticeable. I appreciate the effort of the cleaning staff and their manager.

They have limited options inside the hotel. But they have restaurant outside and many more other restro in the vicinity.

The truth is, we really liked the hotel. The facilities are new and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The only thing is, people traveling with pets should know that they'll be placed on the second floor because pets can't use the elevator, so only the stairs. They also can't be left alone in the room, and the cost is about $35 per night.

We stayed here for a family trip. The hotel rooms were nice, modern, and clean. Front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast (included) was great for traveling with kids, only complaint is that there was no fresh fruit.

We had a pleasant stay at Le Dauphin during our summer holiday.. really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The staff were welcoming and responsive and the breakfast was very satisfying. We also appreciated the free coffee and juice available in the lobby all day.. We'll surely enjoy this hotel in the future.

The rooms can be quite noisy, and you can hear the bathroom schedules of people around you. That said, the breakfast was great, and check-in and parking were very easy. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a short stay.

The receptionist are all kind and nice to talk. Our room is very nice for a reasonable price of 4days&3nights. No noise at all. Free coffee is 👍🏼. Only thing we hope is there is more variety of food for breakfast and names of what food is being serve. But our stay is amazing. We will surely come back.

Big room within walking distance from old Québec city. Easy checking with code received the day before. The owners can take awhile to respond through the app, you better call by phone.

Home away from home, quiet, cozy, comfortable, spacious, clean, historical, warm, organized, secure, thoughtful and central. Boiler and instant coffee in room would have given 5 stars, not sure how the coffee machine in the hall works or where the coffee is. Gotta be able to take stairs.

I didn't see a single staff member during my entire stay there. But nonetheless they communicate very well before my arrival, and via information written everywhere telling me what to do and how to do things. My only quibble, but this is personal to me, is the bed is really really soft. And I prefer a firmer bed. Nonetheless, I slept very well.

The amenities are just ok, but the location and the price make it a very good place to stay otherwise!

Room needs a little bit of fix me up, traces of water damages in bedroom and also bathroom. Overall an excellent stay
