I love how my used towels were replaced with clean ones and my room was kept tidy when I stepped out for work. I returned back to my hotel room and was so pleased with the difference. Little but noticeable. I appreciate the effort of the cleaning staff and their manager.

They have limited options inside the hotel. But they have restaurant outside and many more other restro in the vicinity.

Everything was pretty much great
Except there was no heating system due to warm weather but it would be great to have a option to turn on the heat separately..

Booked a family suite for five. Only one person available at front desk to check guests in so there was a long lineup of several people.
Bedding was not put on the bunk beds. When I asked the front staff to make the beds, they said the blankets were provided and the “intent was for children to make their bed like they do at home!” I asked the front desk to put the sheets on and they did (no complaints!). The room was overall really clean and new/well maintained. The soap dispenser was completely empty in the shower. I normally stay at Marriot, it’s unfortunate the courtyard beside this hotel was sold out :(

Very clean and quiet! The rooms are nicely done. I love that they are not carpeted and the drinking glasses and cups in the room are glass and not plastic or paper. The bed was very comfortable with crisp white cotton sheets. The Normandin restaurant is just a short walk across the parking area.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is centrally located, perfect for exploring not just the old city but also all the other wonderful attractions around Quebec. It's within easy walking distance of many restaurants. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had to make a last minute booking at the staff was so helpful, we ended up staying in a room with a king bed and it was so well thought off and the placement of everything was just perfect, I really recommend you stay here if you visit quebec for the weekend. You even have a small breakfast included, its more affordable than other hotels as well and it actually looks like the photos you see on the site:)

Service is very slow for lunch. Staff looks like speed doesn't care at all... Also, the soft drinks from the fountain taste little weird.
