The place is cozy, the gardens well maintained, but not the cabins. Fantastic hotel! Great, friendly and knowledgeable people. You can go wrong with any of their recommendations. Great rooms, secure onsite parking, steps away from the central plaza and all the amenities. Definitely would come back!

Excellent location blocks from downtown cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, Cathedral, La Recova. Also close to local buses that will take you to the beach or to Vicuña or Pisco Elqui. John the English/Spanish speaking owner is very helpful, his staff arrange a tour bus to pick us up from the hotel to the astronomy observatory. We stayed two nights at this hotel, on different days. The first night we had a small room with a sea view on the third floor (the hotel does not have an elevator).
